The campsite is centrally located in Viareggio for trips to: Pisa, Luca, Siena, Florence, SanGimignano, Cinque Terra, Volterra, the island of Elba and many more beautiful places such as Pietrasanta and Pistoa.

Top für 1 Woche

Das Mobile Home ist sicher nicht das Neueste. Dennoch ist alles da was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt inkl. Klimaanlage, gut eingerichtete Küche, Platz auf dem Kiesweg vor dem Haus zum Grillen (selbst mitzubringen und nur auf dem Kiesweg möglich, war sehr cool) ausreichend grosse Terrasse um den Abend gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Der Campingplatz ist wirklich schön. Die Preise in der Bar und im Restaurant auf dem Campingplatz sind mehr als fair. Aperol 4 Euro, Pizza ab 8 Euro usw. Nur das Billiardspielen ist etwas teuer. Der Pool ist sauber und ausreichend um nach dem Strand nochmal reinzuhüpfen. Sehr cool ist die Badekappe, welche ein MUSS in dem Pool ist. Den Fussweg zum Strand haben wir nicht ausprobiert, weil wir tgl. an verschiedene Strandabschnitte gefahren sind. Parken kostet den ganzen Tag/Pauschale immer 5 Euro. Wer mehr zahlt wird übers Ohr gehauen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub, einfach zu empfehlen. Danke Pieter für die wöchentlich Überlassung deiner Hütte. Tuscan Sunshine

We loved our stay at Viareggio. The area was perfect. Not far from Pisa or Florence if you fancied a day trip. Cinque Terre is worth a visit! Their is a handy information folder in the property with lots of information about the area. The property was clean but a bit dated for our taste. The bathroom needs updating. The property was fully equipped with crockery, drinks glasses, utensils, pans etc. So we never struggled at meal times. The site itself was basic and not what we are used to. That’s just personal preference and we choose the area over the site facilities. Having looked around the area all the sites are similar. You have to wear swim caps in the pool. We have stayed in Italy a few times on much larger sites and that rule was only enforced in a swimming pool, not a recreational pool. Our children were not happy wearing them so we did not make use of it. Viareggio beach is amazing so we went there a few times. All in all we had a great time in Tuscany and the other areas we stayed on our road trip.
