★The house is equipped with a tankless water heater that provides limitless hot water for long, hot showers and baths.
★ Fireplace is not an amenity provided for guests

★ We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. There is a ring doorbell camera near the front of the home for security. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Very nicely decorated, liked the open floor plan of the living area, everything was very clean, updated and kitchen was nicely stocked. Nice patio area though we did not use it. Would have liked a bit more instruction on tv and also kleenex in bathrooms

Lovely place and Very clean

This was a really nice home and it was super clean! Very comfortable space and loved it even had some family games. We would for sure rent this again!

Property is well maintained as advertised. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Lovely inside tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. Our only concern during the heatwave was air conditioning could not stay below 78 degrees during day. Meant we had to eat out mostly which defeated the purpose of renting a house for this trip. Otherwise this VRBO listing was just right for us. Traffic on main highways is a thing from 3:30 pm 7:30 pm daily. Plan accordingly especially if you fly.

Great layout for the whole family to spread out with nice and big great room. quiet neighborhood and very responsive property manager. Will stay there again next time we head out that way.

Beautiful property, beautiful neighborhood

The place is impeccably clean and well decorated. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen amenities are well stocked. I will definitely stay here again.
