Looking to stay at one of the best locations in Vail? Our 640 sq ft condo is the perfect home base for your trip! Located on the first floor, you’ll love our recently remodeled interior- the perfect ski getaway awaits! You’ll be located right on the town of Vail bus loop, offering easy access to Vail Village and Lionshead Village, and only one mile from the gondola to Vail Ski Resort. Our super convenient location guarantees less time commuting and more time on the slopes! With space for up to 4 guests between the king-sized bed and queen-sized pull-out sofa, our place is ideal for business travel, couples vacations, small groups, and families.

Our kitchen offers all the appliances you’d need to make a home cooked meal, and three stools in the eat-in kitchen area. There is also a dinette area with a two-person table and chairs, perfect for meals or setting up your workstation. The bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries, no need to bring your own! The comfortable bed will guarantee a great night’s sleep, your comfort is important to us. The patio’s sliding glass doors let in tons of natural light and is where you will access your private patio with grill and seating.

We’re also located close to grocery stores and shopping if you’re looking to stock up for your stay or take a break from the slopes.

-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

Disappointing
The unit is depressing. The kitchen appliances and cabinetry need to be updated. The tub does not function. The instructions on the wall indicated that the fireplace was out of service, which was extremely disappointing. When we called number provided, the woman we spoke to was very nice but did not seem to be familiar with the unit. As it turned out it did work but perhaps others who stayed here were never aware of that. The ice was not cleared from the access path until we called to express concern.

Cozy and easy to use
My adult son and I were in Vail for our annual ski trip. This condo was cozy and very adequate for two adults that don't sleep in the same bed. I think this condo would work well for a couple and two children as well. My adult son used the convertible sofa and we were happily surprised when we found that the convertible sofa had a memory foam mattress that was quite comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, other than ice trays (so if you like ice, pick up a bag). The bus stop is about a block away and was very easy to use to get to Vail Village for skiing and for dinner. The building is a little difficult to find (even with the great directions to the parking lot) it is the building on your left as you enter the lot. In the dark, it isn't marked very well. Finally, if you and your guests (significant other/kids) have electronics perhaps bring along a power strip as outlets are at a premium, especially in the bedroom. I would stay here again.

Perfect stay near Lionshead
This stay is close enough to the Vail lifts but far enough to miss all the commotion of the skiers. Easy access to busses, but I often walked to the village. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for two!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo and its location - a short drive (8 min) from Vail Village. The unit was perfect for the two of us and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area and the quiet. The fireplace provided coziness and warmth, although the furnace worked great too. As with most properties we’ve stayed in over the years, the bed was a bit soft for us, but we know most people probably prefer it that way. There was plenty of space/storage for ski gear and other clothing, which isn’t always the case. The management staff was very helpful, quick to answer questions (about the address to use for Uber pick up/drop off.) It snowed every day and almost every evening which meant walkways, steps and parking lot were snow covered every morning. It would have been nice if these areas were shoveled/plowed earlier in the day but the snow shovel by the front door meant we could at least keep the entry to our unit fairly clear. If we return to Vail (summer or winter) we would consider staying here again.

The only suggestion is that the kitchen could be a bit more stocked with pots, pans, etc. The place was great. It was well priced, clean and cozy. We will come back.

Parking and check in very easy , comfortable bed and furnishings, nicely stocked kitchen and the location was very convenient to access trails and entire Vail Valley and beyond. Nice to sit out and enjoy all the birds and chipmunks ! Loved our stay

Wonderful spot!
This property was perfect for my husband and me. Roomy 1-bedroom; super clean; comfortable bed; kitchen seemed well-appointed although we didn't cook; comfortable living area. It's a quick walk to the nearest bus stop, making Vail Village and Lionshead easy places to meet up with friends. We'd definitely stay here again!

My 10 days in Vail
The condo is older but very well maintained. Super clean. Renovated. Has everything and anything you need. About a 15-20 min walk to Vail Village. Also easy to use the Vail bus shuttle that’s about a 5 minute walk.
