Great location!

We enjoyed our night out in Tyler and this was the perfect place for our group of 7. Tastefully decorated, plenty of space for everyone, and super close to everything downtown!

Great Location

I rented this house for groomsmen in son’s wedding. It was a great location for easy drive to rehearsal dinner and wedding. The house was cute and clean. The guys enjoyed their stay.

Great place to stay in Tyler

The property was great and our stay was great. Tyler is a wonderful town. The only problems were a broken light in one of the bedrooms, no iron/ ironing board and we had to repeatedly call our host for the access code because they didn't answer any of our texts via the Vrbo app chat.

Great location for our family.

Beautiful house, perfect set up for 3 generation family! Close to our neice's graduation. Close to restaurants, historic neighborhood behind house was great for walks, fire pit was nice too!

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was very clean with modern decor and plenty of room in the common areas. We liked the backyard and the chairs provided. The driveway ends on a fairly busy road, which we didn’t realize before booking. Overall, a helpful property manager and a great stay.

Enjoyable

Myself as well as my family enjoyed our stay. The location was awesome. Only a few minutes from everything we needed. The manager was on point. He answered all questions promptly. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend a stay there.

Really great hosts! Cute house!

These hosts were so helpful with everything we needed. The house is delightfully designed and very comfortable—there is, I admit, a tight turn into the driveway that made me nervous at first, but the turnaround in the back made it a cinch. I will definitely return to this house!!!

Nice place

Overall a nice house to stay in, just a couple of things I would have liked to see cleaner. I also had to be the one to reach out to get check in instructions.

Work on cleanliness, stocking supplies

The house was nice. However, it was very unclean, especially the kitchen. The coffee station was not stocked. Leftover food in the fridge, underwear in the washer(wet), limited cleaning supplies for the floor which was filthy.

Rose Festival

clean house, beds were comfortable. But each bath had 1/2 used roll of toilet paper and 1 wash rag - for 4 women for 3 days! TV streaming service went in and out and didn't seem to match the remote?? All of us have worked numerous systems but never figured this one out. Extremely steep stairs might be added in description, plus ear plugs for traffic noise. Loved back yard area.

Cutie charming house

Issues we had was the oven was never the temperature that it said it was at. We ended up having to change our Christmas dinner plans due to the oven not getting hot enough. The other issue we had was the cleanliness of the inside of the house, both upstairs bedrooms had dirty clothes and trash underneath the beds almost like cleaning staff just brushed everything under the beds. The house was very cute and fit the whole family. It was one of the few properties in the area that had the right accommodations. We were looking for a house in the azalea district especially around the holidays. Communication with the host was great and checking in and out was a breeze. All the spaced are nicely decorated and the outdoor area is great for having a fire. Getting in and out of the driveway can be an issue during certain times of day but there is a nice back up section of the driveway.
