✦ If you are celebrating anything special, we highly recommend "Wildflowers at the Lake" for beautiful floral arrangements. We can help arrange a delivery for your stay. Their prices range from about $75-$150 depending on what you'd like.

+ K-cups, coffee grinds, creamer, hot chocolate, honey, sugar and tea are provided. Hygiene products such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, lotion, sunscreen, Q-tips and cotton pads are also provided for you.

+ Laundry and dishwasher detergent are available for use during your stay.

+ Included are plenty of extra towels, blankets and pillows for your comfort.

+ For infants and small children, a high chair, stool, pack 'n play, portable bath tub, baby shampoo and body wash, kids dishes, utensils and sippy cups are available for your use.

+ Propane for BBQ grill and gas fire pit is provided.

+ Firewood next to the fireplace is for decorative purposes only. You may purchase firewood or Duraflame firelogs from the nearby market.

+ Please keep floor heater vent covered (magnetic cover) when fireplace is in use.

+ There is a possibility to encounter wildlife such as raccoons or dangerous animals such as bears. Please do not feed the wildlife. Food should not be left outside or in your vehicle.

+ Please note that quiet hours outside begin at 10pm and end at 8am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

+ There are 2 exterior security cameras that capture video & audio of the front porch, parking spot, driveway and stairs to ensure that registered guests are at the property and for the safety of the property. These always remain on and continuously record 24/7.

─ GUEST ACCESS ─
+ Keyless entry with code. The door code will be provided prior to check-in.

+ Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property except for the owner's supply closet located in the master bedroom.

+ There is a steep driveway and a long flight of stairs to walk up to the top where the cabin sits. The home has 2 floors and requires the ability to walk up stairs to access the second floor where the bathroom and living space are.

+ There is one dedicated parking spot at street-level located to the right of the driveway. We recommend parking here. This is also where the EV Charger is located. The driveway is steep so only a lifted truck is recommended to park here.

✦ NOTE: The drive up to Lake Arrowhead is curvy with multiple hairpin turns. We recommend bringing motion sickness remedies for those who are prone to getting car sick.

❅ Snowfall can be heavy in the winter. Sometimes the road will ice and will not be safe for travel. All-wheel drive or 4WD vehicle is recommended if snow is in the forecast. Please check the weather forecast before you arrive. Snow chains may be required. Be prepared with ample food and water supply prior to any forecast of major snow storms.

+ We provide snow shovels for your use if necessary. Stairs, driveway, walkways and decks can be icy, so please proceed with caution during snow and ice conditions. Please use hand rail and supervise children at all times.

+ We snowplow our parking space whenever possible but please note that snowfall can continue to accumulate between snow plow service and your arrival.
