Place is great and spacious, clean. Furnitire is getting dated. Beds, mattresses couches all dates. Lighting is old and owner may want to consider modernizing with new recessed lighting and central controls rather than so many fixtures and lamps. Place is great location, comfortable and spacious.

Great Parents Weekend House!

We had a wonderful stay at Myrtlewood Cottage. The house was perfect for our family by being in walking distance to the stadium and sorority houses. The family room was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to make some home-cooked meals for our student. Loved the outdoor living space! And the beds were super comfy too. Thank you and Roll Tide!
