The living/dining room is equipped with a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, satellite TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. This area also has an exit leading to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower room and a toilet on the ground floor.
