Neighbouring our Villas Venus, Jupiter and Neptune, Villa Saturn is also located in a prime elevated position just up the road from our main Club Oceano complex. This spacious villa is very close to the ever more popular old town fishing harbour and yet still within a 10 minute walk from the main beach and its promenade full of shops and restaurants. South facing and in a quiet cul-de-sac road, Saturn is very sheltered from the prevailing winds making it a real suntrap and ideal for sun worshippers.The villa leads onto a large covered veranda furnished with stylish patio teak table and chairs and equipped with a built-in barbecue, making this a perfect spot for outside dining.The accommodation is in two parts. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and a further bathroom for the 2 other bedrooms. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. There is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying area. Downstairs, there is an apartment consisting of a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The apartment has its own spacious living room with satellite TV. The villa is tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standards with quality furniture and satellite TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also provided.The sun terrace with private heated pool is well provided with sun loungers and umbrellas.

We mostly enjoyed our stay. The lack of air conditioning was a problem for us in the August heat, although fans were provided. The villa owners don't allow portable air conditioning units to be used in the villa which is a shame as they are easily available for hire locally. Location is good, but there are hills so anyone with mobility issues might want to consider the location. Taxis are very cheap, approx 3€ from the main strip back to the villa. The villa itself is well laid out, plenty of space for the family. There isn't a dishwasher in the villa, this would have been a nice to have. Furniture is fairly traditional but functional. Beds were comfortable enough. The ground floor apartment was a nice sized space. The pool area is nice, little bit of a sun trap too. Pool and villa were both cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The pool is on the smaller side. Cannabis for personal use is legal in Lanzarote and unfortunately for us our neighbours were heavy smokers of it. This wasn't the most pleasant environment for the younger children in the group and we were obviously just unlucky. We noticed that the villa was up for sale, so I don't know what that might mean for future bookings if the new owners decide not to rent out. This might be worth keeping in mind for anyone considering booking. Communication from the managers was really good, very responsive. We didn't use the facilities at Club Oceano but it looked nice enough when we checked it out.

fantastic little villa

Great location just 10 mins walk from the main strip, the villa was clean and well set out, cleaners were in every other day and pool man the other days. The pool is small but great to get into and take the heat off from the day. Local shops were 5mins away.

Amazing week in Villa Saturn

Just had an amazing week in lazarote, there were 7 adults and 2 children in our party and we were all delighted with the villa. Villa Saturn is a large villa with a separate lounge,bedroom and ensuit on the lower level which suited the two older members of our party. The pool and villa were both cleaned twice whilst we were there and the staff could not do enough for you -even brought fans for each room without being asked. The villa is on an incline which caused a slight problem with the older members of our party, but we found we could walk to the beach in the new town or equally the old town in around ten mins and got a taxi back for a couple of euros. We would recommend you try the oceano apartments for breakfast or lunch. Our only drawback was no aircon and the wi-fi wasn't available whilst we were there. We would definitely recommend this villa and company for villa rental.

Terrific Villa!!

Just back from a fantastic family holiday in Villa Saturn and want to extend a massive thanks to Bev and all the team in Ocean Club Holidays for the warm welcome and fantastic personal service we received whilst in Puerto del Carmen. The pool was heated, as promised, and suited our needs. We are 5 adults and everyone had their own room to sleep in as there are 4 large bedrooms and one of us slept on the very comfortable couch in the kitchen area. We spent all our time in and around the villa as one of us is in poor health. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook 3 meals per day. We barbecued every day and ate on the patio outdoors. The villa was cleaned several times and we were given clean towels at least 3 times during the week. The pool was cleaned regularly. The Villa was very private and we couldn't have asked for better. It is worth mentioning that the 4th bedroom is a separate apartment accessed from the pool area downstairs - i.e. there are no stairs down to it from inside the Villa. This suited us as it gave one of us the use of a bedroom, ensuite, sitting area, sink, fridge and TV/sitting area. It is an ideal space for teenagers, couples, elderly guests who want to have some "time out" whilst also having the option to mix with the rest of the guests in the main house upstairs. I believe it would be too separate an area for young children. I could not complain about anything in the Villa. It was just perfect. It was a short 5 minute walk to the local supermarkets and about the same to the beach. Whilst up a steep hill from the main promenade, it was only about 3 - 4 Euro for a taxi for those unable to walk up. We were very near the Old Town and there is entertainment for all ages in the area. All in all it was a wonderful experience. It was the first time the 5 of us (mum, dad and three sisters) were on holiday together since 1979 and we have many wonderful memories home with us. A million thanks to Ocean Club Holidays for the hospitality and we will definitely be back. p.s. Dad sends his thanks too. he had a ball.

Outstanding Villa

June 2010 - Ireland - Just back from 1 week stay in Villa Saturn. The villa is very central and details are exactly what Ocean Club holidays had advertised. The cleaner was excellent and called twice during our week stay and spent 1 hour cleaning the place......even cleaned our windows and doors! It is really private villa but still near to all the shops, pubs, restaurants. All within walking distance and we had 2 boys with us, who had walking and it wasnt a bother to them as things were so near to us. I dont think I will ever be able to stay in an apartment again after the luxury and privacy spent in Villa Saturn. Staff in Ocean Club in Lanzorate were brillant too, thanks to you all. See you next year.
