This beautiful villa offers stunning views, and includes 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. Located in a quiet residential area on a west facing incline, within walking distance (1.2 miles) to Moraira town centre and its beautiful beaches, this villa is ideal for friends and families looking for a special and relaxing break.

The pool area features a salt-water swimming pool and large terrace featuring panoramic views. Inside the house, the ground floor comprises of entrance hall, 1 double en-suite bedroom, guest toilet, a large and bright living room with fireplace and sat-TV with sky, dining room, fully equipped kitchen which leads to a specious glass Naya with breathtaking views over Moraira (mountain and sea view including views of the iconic Penon de Ifach).

The first floor has further 3 bedrooms- en-suite master bedroom with jacuzzi and a large terrace with breathtaking views, spacious wardrobe; twin and double rooms share a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

This very private villa has WiFi, all bedrooms, living room and the kitchen have air conditioning, sat-TV with sky, Sonos music system, BBQ, solar heated salt water swimming pool and a large driveway with space for 4-5 cars.

Fabulous Villa

The villa was spotless and had everything we needed. It's in a lovely, quiet area with beautiful views. We've visited Moraira many times and Anna's villa is definitely the best one we've stayed in. I can thoroughly recommend this villa so please be assured you can book it with confidence as you'll also receive a first class service from Anna.

Moraira

We had a lovely stay in the Villa at Moraira. The villa was well equipped and all the rooms were spacious with airco. A car is needed to get to the centre of Moraira but we knew that in advance so not an issue for us. Lots of supermarkets close to the villa was also a plus. The location was perfect for day trips. The driveway is very steep and was a bit stressy for us to get on and off, so after day 2 we decided to leave the cars on the street which was not a problem. Anna is the perfect host and very helpful before and during our stay. We would recommand the villa to anyone.

Fantastic villa, amazing pool and views

We spent a relaxing 11 nights in this villa. The villa itself is of a very high standard and has everything you need. The pool is amazing with fantastic views. We had never experienced a salt water pool before and we thoight it was fantastic, no chlorine smell or dry skin after being in the pool all daytime! The villa is a 5 min drive to supermarkets, the beach and Moraira town. The villa is on a hill and the driveway to the property is very steep but there are steps and a great lift to get you to the property easily. All bedrooms are air-conditioned which was a welcome escape from the heat! We would highly recommend this villa and will come back when the world returns to normal! Anna is a fantastic host and was always there to answer any questions we had before and during our stay.

Brilliant holiday and villa

We had a wonderful family holiday and the villa just topped it all off. It is a beautiful location and the standard of decoration is high. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone thinking of visiting Moraira.

Helemaal top!

Met een groep vriendinnen hadden wij deze villa gehuurd. Zowel in de aanloop naar de vakantie als de vakantie zelf, was het contact met de verhuurster super goed. Alles was in de advertentie aangegeven was, was ook daadwerkelijk aanwezig. Op de locatie heb je wel echt een auto nodig, of taxi zoals wij deden, aangezien het wat hoger in de bergen ligt. Verder geen minpunt te bedenken, helemaal tevreden!

Clean and well equipped villa with lovely views over Moraira and Calpe. Outside dining area is well situated and is excellent for those lazy days. Villa is exceptionally clean and tidy. Great holiday enjoyed by all. Thanks for a lovely stay

Fantastic villa, lacks nothing, perfect holiday!

From start to finish, this was a fantastic booking. Anna is a wonderful host who replies promptly and gave us plenty of information for our stay. The villa is top class - beautifully decorated and lacks nothing. Very well equipped kitchen and an excellent BBQ. We enjoyed many meals with fantastic views of the sun setting over the hills. The side naya is all glass with the added benefit of all doors opening fully to give a lovely (much needed!) breeze to mealtimes! Brilliant pool area with much space (there was 7 of us and even with all beds out there was still plenty of room for more around the pool area). Large pool with lovely views down to the sea and town of Moraira. Indoor accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated. We couldn't fault it. A quirky lift from the lower drive up to the pool area makes it easy to carry shopping up from the car! About a 25 min walk into Moraira which we were fine with but it was always easy to call a taxi which cost about 7 euros and was less than 3 mins. This is a definite "must visit again" for us! Thank you Anna for a fantastic holiday! The Payne family (2 x grandparents / 2 x adults / 3 kids - 20, 17, 14)
