Our stay was very smooth, everything was very clean and spacious. Washer and dryer in unit were great as well. Would stay here again for upcoming trips

This is the worst stay ever. Unit had garbage overflowing at the entry of property. Unit was very basic no cups to poor coffee but a coffee maker to make it. Microwave inside was full of food crumbs. Bed had dog hairs all over sheets and pillows worse part we woke up at 5 am to having to take cold showers second morning woke up could hardly breathe sinus clogged I found a/c handle with a filter that has not been changed in 6months at the least. I do not recommend booking this unit.

I have given the host of this property a week to resolve or address my concerns and they unfortunately have not yet, so here is my review: this property is nothing like the listing or photos. So many things wrong - and if I was able to post photos here I would because I have them. Every picture in the listing conveniently cuts out issues of wear or disrepair, there were stains on the couch, chair in the living room and stains on the pillow cases on the bed. Hairs that were not mine in the bed. If I had not gotten to the property at 11pm at night, with a full day out of the property the next day and leaving at 3am after that day, I would have packed my bags and left. But I had no choice but to stay. More- The inner shower curtain was filthy - and not just "not cleaned after the past 2-3 guests" dirty, but more like never-cleaned-ever dirty. The ceiling fan in the living room had 2 of 3 bulbs burned out. The photos show rugs in the property - there were none. I saw ants and the floor in places did not look clean. There were half wet sheets and towels in the dryer (???). The shower faucet was broken and rigged to work. Theres more but this review can only be so long. I let the host know of all of these issues the day after I left and I did so respectfully. It's been a week with only "please be patient while we contact the owners" responses. I recommend picking another property. I've stayed in many that are honest with their listing and much much cleaner.

I didn't end up staying in this unit or the other one they transferred me to. The first unit I was supposed to check into had mold through it, and was extremely dirty. The host told me they did not have another unit that night, so I ended up checking into a hotel. They sent me access information to another unit in the same complex. While this unit was cleaner, it also had mold throughout it. I would not recommend.
