The hotel staff said they didn't do business with Expedia. I arrived at the Yun Shui Guo Ji Da Jiu Dian at 14:03 local time. After providing my reservation information on Expedia App, the recepiton girl told me "We don't do business with Expedia. We don't have your reservation".
The hotel manager said they didn't get my payment. Before I tried to call Expedia, I found out I can still book a room for this hotel via Expedia app. I argued with the reception. Finally, she told me to talk to her manager. To begin the conversation with the manager, I told her, " This reservation is prepaid. If you do nothing ,I will have Expedia do something for me". Her response was "we haven't got any payment". I told her ,"I am a gold member of Expedia. If you want more information, I can call Expedia to make things right, but you should pay for my international telephone call". At this point, the manager stopped refusing me and let me have a room.
Coming back to the recepition, the girl started check-in process. She told me, "Room is not ready".What? 2 P.M. , no room?
Things here at this hotel were really unexpected.
