The house was in a fantastic location; easily walkable to great restaurants, shopping, and bars. The kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee, water, and utensils. The bed was super comfortable! There were plenty of pillows and towels. I can't say enough good things about the stay. Thanks a ton Matthew!

A historic gem! The love and care put into this place shows at every turn. The apartment feels updated with modern conveniences while respecting its historic charm. The clawfoot tub is a dream and the kitchen is stocked with all the basics you’d need. The location is so walkable and Matt was such an excellent communicator that if you needed a thing, he’d respond within minutes. My older mother and her friend stayed as well for a class reunion at the Tacoma yacht club and had no trouble navigating the space. Such a great experience and would definitely stay here again on my return Tacoma visits.

Loved it

The Green House Inn is honestly everything I was looking for in a place to stay in Tacoma. It has its own distinct style - the furniture matches the house - but it isn’t totally over-decorated like a lot of short term rentals. Everything has room to breathe so it’s easier to appreciate the details. Love seeing Mt. Rainier out the kitchen windows, so cool. The clawfoot tub felt like a particularly long one to me and that rules. Definitely take advantage and stretch out in it. The house was easy to find and conveniently located. Highly recommend Happy Belly for breakfast and lunch - it’s less than a 5 min walk. The hosts are very communicative and easy to work with. I felt so at home and comfortable in the space and will definitely be back. 10/10 all around.

Full of character!

We had the best experience with our stay here! The place is so full of character and a lot of attention to detail! The owners were incredibly nice, helpful, quick to respond and went above and beyond to help us out when we needed it! We come to tacoma every year and will be staying here again! Highly reccomend!
