Villa Treori by Villas Guide

Villa Treori is located in the village of Orbani, near Sveti Lovreč. This spacious stone villa perfectly combines a traditional atmosphere with modern functionality and offers everything you need for a great vacation. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests who are sure to enjoy every corner of it, from the comfortable rooms inside to the large garden with a swimming pool and a covered terrace. Pets are allowed on request.



On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with a TV and a large sofa, ideal for large group gatherings. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an island and large windows to enjoy the garden and pool views while cooking. Next to the kitchen there is a dining room with a dining table large enough for your entire group.



Villa Treori has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor and the other three are located on the first floor. All bathrooms are also air conditioned and have walk-in showers, toiletries, and hairdryers. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are also available in the villa.



The villa’s garden covers an area of 700 m² and is completely fenced, so you do not have to worry if you are traveling with pets or children. The main attraction of the garden is undoubtedly the 40m² swimming pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. If you want to prepare a quick and tasty dinner in the open air, you will definitely like the gas grill in the garden, and there is also a covered terrace in the garden, which is ideal for sharing meals and socializing. If you are traveling with children, they will surely enjoy playing in the small children's playground in the garden.



In case you want to explore Istria, many interesting places are just a short drive away. Those who are interested in history can visit the medieval town of Sveti Lovreč and the ruins of the medieval town of Dvigrad and those looking for the perfect view will definitely enjoy the panoramic view of the Lim Bay. Poreč is also just a short drive from the villa, so you can enjoy its history, cuisine and beaches. If you are traveling with your family, be sure to visit the Aquacolors water park near Poreč and enjoy its many pools and slides.
