PROPERTY DETAILS
This lovely two storey property is directly opposite the lake and only 2 minute drive from kilometres of beach with views north to Point Cartwright and Noosa beyond and or south all the way to Caloundra

This 4 bedroom house has:

Bedroom 2: 1 x Double Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x Double Bed
Bedroom 4: 2 x Single Beds

Guests have sole and complete access to the house, garage and yard. The BBQ facilities in the park opposite next to the lake, are public.

The property has a double garage for your convenience. There is also additional street parking if needed. More than enough parking for all of your family or group.

Access
The keys can be gained through an on site lock box. The code for this will be sent to you prior to your visit.

We are a pet friendly property. As such we ask that your pet is not allowed on any furniture, carpeted areas or beds and that you are responsible for cleaning up after your dog.

This is a lovely family, or small group property, that allows you all to spend time together or to enjoy all that this great location has to offer

Kitchen
This is a modern well equipped kitchen and has all appliances and fittings. This includes fridge, freezer, oven, cook top, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and all other items that you may need.

Linen
We supply all linen, sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels etc.

Consumables
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc.

Laundry
The laundry has a washing machine and a clothes line outside, to dry your clothes with the cooling sea breezes. We do NOT supply laundry detergent.

Internet
We have free NBN internet access for you to use and enjoy. The details for this will be sent to you when you book.
