This modern unit is located in a top position, directly opposite popular Kings Beach. Stroll to nearby parks playgrounds, restaurants and shopping.

This stunning, top floor unit will comfortably sleep 4 in a Queen and 2 single beds, and features all the modern conveniences such as quality appliances, reverse-cycle air-conditioning in both bedrooms, ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and 2 x Smart TVs allowing guests to watch streaming services, Apple Airplay ad Chromecast etc. It also has an “Echo Show 5” Smart speaker/display and a DVD player and DVD collection for guests’ use. In addition to the well-appointed kitchen there is a Weber BBQ on the balcony.

Alinga offers a choice of 2 balconies, with the main balcony boasting spectacular views across to Kings Beach and out to the shipping lanes. The unit is a 3rd floor walk-up. The complex offers an in-ground pool and a lock-up garage.

Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
