Stuart Home

Don't let this listing fool you like it did us. We do house rentals often and have never written a negative review, but we don't want someone else to be surprised as we were. The accuracy from the online photos and description is unfortunately not what the place looks like when you walk through the doors. We know it is a rental and they are trying but it definitely needs more TLC. We could have stayed but ended up going somewhere else because we wanted to truly enjoy our stay and relax.

I was disappointed when I arrived as the previous house had a 5 star kitchen and an outdoor kitchen also. Larger pool and master shower with jets etc. Fabrico was a wonderful host in a different demographic

Great house for a small family

The house is rather small and you can tell it’s a vacation rental with some things need fixing, but it’s a great house for a family to stay in. The pool and enclosure is awesome. We spent every night relaxing and swimming. The kitchen is well equipped and labeled so we didn’t have to search endlessly for things. I will definitely book this house again.

Comfortable and Fun!

My family enjoyed staying at your home. We were there for a wedding in Stuart. The rooms were cozy, the beds comfortable, and the pool was fun. I love the soft blankets left in all the rooms and in the living room. My grandson and his great-grandfather enjoyed playing in the pool together. A few items to address: Kitchen cabinets smell strongly of mold. I'm very sensitive to mold/mildew. Since we had such a short visit, it wouldn't of helped to address it before we left. Another minor issue, we put night lights in the bathroom nearest the kitchen. This bathroom has a very bright light. During the night, it was too bright and we would wake up when others used that bathroom. The nightlights solved the issue. Overall, we appreciate your hospitality. Thank you! ~ Rachel

Just as described-but BETTER!

Comfortable stay. Everythign we needed and more. Especially the unicorn and flamingo floaty in the CLEAN pool! Not a huge space but plenty of room for 4-8 people. Just right for us. Comforable beds-no complaints! Owner very responsive. Easy check in and out. The only feedback woul dbe to maybe leave a couple of tide pods to run towels and an extra paper towel roll. (We bought one, NBD, and didn;t even need it, but good for backup. Everythign else well stocked!!!

Stuart Stay

Somewhat older home which has been recently renovated. The outside lanai has seating for 8, the pool deck area has 2 lounge chairs for relaxing. Although not overly large the pool is big enough for people to swim, and has ample Floaties to use while in the water. The property overlooks a little lake with a fountain, which is very relaxing to listen to. My grandsons had a great time fishing the lake and actually lake is stocked and they caught and released numerous fish during our stay there. The inside although not spacious has ample room we had seven people staying there, and there was plenty of space for us to sit down and play some games and relax. It should be noted that one of the bedrooms is formally a garage with a double door that opens into the driveway. Also, if you’re traveling with children, there is only one TV in the home. I would recommend staying there. It is very much centrally, located to all the attractions in Stewart particularly the downtown area.
