And with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, this townhouse is as spacious as it is elegant. There are oversized bathrooms with stand-up showers and walk-in closets, and even a private sauna in the main bedroom. Curl up with a favorite novel on the large sofa in the main living room, while the high ceilings welcome in the alpine light and the fireplace crackles. Gather the family chefs to prepare a homemade meal using the stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and ample counter space in the luxurious full kitchen. You can spend the evening indulging in a hot bath in the soaking tub and letting the kids stream their favorite Netflix shows on the large flatscreen TV. Additionally, you and your friends will have access to a private hot tub and a shared hot tub.

The gondola is less than a half-mile away, ready to take you up the mountain for gorgeous days of downhill skiing. In Steamboat for the summer? The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
