parking is shared in the HOA parking lot. we are at the top of Kingsbury dr.

Essentials Provided: Linens, towels, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, TP, paper towels, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking spices, dish soap, and sponge. The parking lot can get full on weekends and may require parking at the HOA pool (3 min walk down the street) conditions can be icy in the winter and it's about 100ft walk from the parking to the condo building. 2 set of stairs required to access condo. There are no full refunds for circumstances beyond our control to include wildfire smoke, winter storms, etc.
