A beachy style luxury vacation home just 2 miles from the beach with heated pool with spillover spa (not a hot tub) Pool is heated during fall/winter months, spa not heated separately. Beautifully furnished and located minutes from the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and much more! This is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom house with 1 queen sized bed, 1 full sized bed and king bed in the master suite. Full kitchen, 2 car garage, washer and dryer, Wifi, outdoor shower, grill and lounge chairs to hang around the pool. You will feel right at home!

Great home and super location. Pool was great!

This home is larger than it appears on photos. Very clean. Pool was fantastic. Only negatives are the pool chaise loungers are broken and the grill has broken burners and is dangerous. Other than those 2 things this place is a 10 out of 10

Excellent place …our new go to in this area

Clean home, love the pool and lanai. Excellent communication from property mgr. Only issue was wrong key code number for door. Close enough to both St Pete beach and Clearwater. Lots of restaurant and shopping options. Must see Mazzaros Italian Market in St Pete Literally so close to all beaches. Love this place.

The property was exactly as listed. Plenty of kitchen items needs to cook various meals. Beach supplies provides for any beach trips. Cleaning supplies available if needed including dish washer tablets and washer tablets. Plenty of towels for the week. The pool was warm and well taken care of. I would stay again if ever in the area.

Property was okay. Furniture and furnishings needs updated. Some of the dishes were not as clean as they could have been. Needed more bath towels. Need more/bigger soap beside small little discs or 1/4 filled soap pumps. Quiet neighborhood. Pool was very nice with the lanai.

Wonderful

Neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. Fenced in back patio and pole was great for the windy days. Beach was less than a 10 min drive. Living room was spacious on the day that it rained. We loved it.

Beach & Baseball Vacation

The property was more than enough for my wife and I to enjoy our week long stay in the Clearwater area. The perfectly heated pool was relaxing after a day at the ballgame. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequate and baths were good size. The location was perfect for us away from high traffic areas but still provided good access to all the local beaches.

Great family home away from home!

The house was larger than expected. We didn’t cook but kitchen looked well stocked. House and pool were clean. Loved relaxing in the pool. Would definitely stay again. Time Out Bar right down the street had great food and nice atmosphere.

Nice location and home

The pool was great and loved it was covered. Our kids had a blast. The pool rafts could be updated, most of them were not inflated enough. The door knob going inside the home from the pool area does need attention (you have to turn it a certain way,it can be hard to get in and out gracefully) but our main goal was for our kids to have a private pool and be about 15-20 mins from the beach so we could do both in our budget and this home was great! Very clean!

Great house!

This is a great house and just a short drive to so many beaches, stores and restaurants. My kids loved the pool and it was a nice option to use the pool in the afternoon after a morning at the beach. The property was able to provide a pack-n-play and a high chair for my one year old son which was huge to not have to bring along. We had an issue with the plumbing and it was fixed within hours, so kudos to the management for being on top of things.
