The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located spacious home. It has high ceiling and completely updated from A to Z:
Roof, HVAC, Water Heater, painting, plumbing and electronic. Home has a huge yard about 0.3 acres. You can enjoy the breeze on patio and look at your kids having fun.

We have new appliances for the kitchen and a nice set of dryer and washer in laundry room.

Home is 11 minutes away from Clearwater Beach, America’s #1 Beach.

Upon entering the home, you will be immediately struck by the chic and modern decor. The open-concept living area features plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wifi, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring all that Clearwater has to offer. With ample space for entertaining or relaxing, this living area is sure to be a favorite spot during your stay.

This home is fully furnished with
• 2 units airconditioned bedroom with, One room has a king bed, one room has a queen bed. 2 single rollaway beds is in the living area!
• 2 units bathroom with toilet & standing shower
• Super spacious living room complete with family-size Sofa, coffee table & large screen HDTV & ceiling fan
• Fully equipped kitchen including freezer, coffee maker, kettle, kettle, stove, and oven

You'll find a dedicated work space with a desk and comfortable chair, making it easy to catch up on emails or take care of any business while away from the office.

Good and Bad

Check in was 3 pm but we got there to find there was a toilet drainage issue and we were told to come back in a couple of hours, I noticed they had the front door open and they were wearing masks ! We came back 3 hours later all was good but a few tiny flies. Sad thing I asked for extra bedding since there were 6 of us and was told it won't arrive till my checkout date kitchen ware was very sparse 2 pots and 1 wine glass. Overall place was good but management needs to be more attentive

Amazing Home

My family had a wonderful stay at the home the home has plenty of space the 2 bathrooms come in clutch when you have a teenager! The mailbox is cool and we had everything we needed during the stay we even extended it twice with no hiccups. The neighborhood is quiet and all of the stores are a 5-10 minute drive away. We will definitely stay again!

The house was very nice. We enjoyed our stay, which we weren’t there very much. We were at the beach most of the time. The remotes need batteries for the TVs and some of the blinds were broke when we got there. Other than that it was a great stay. Thank you very much we will come again.

Weekend Getaway

Cute very spacious refurbished house that is close to the beach and numerous restaurants like Cristinos. Large driveway for guest and had enough room to park my boat in the garage.
