Here at SeaWinds Dreams, we offer you that space. We are just steps from the soft white sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean.

Minutes from great restaurants and nightlife. You are sure to discover the space you'll be drawn back to year after year.

This spacious air-conditioned, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo villa has been recently updated with a modern beach feel.

A fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room are designed with a fresh, open concept and completely interactive space.

Wide patio doors from both the master bedroom and the living room open up to the spacious back patio. Settle in with your morning coffee overlooking the lagoon with water fountain features.

Our high-end kitchen can accommodate you and your crew whether for a week's stay just choosing to make breakfasts or even to indulge in a month-long stay baking cupcakes and cooking full meals. An open concept lets the chef participate and engage with everyone else while cooking or baking.

Appliances include a stove, bottom freezer fridge, convection microwave, dishwasher, garburator, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

The large master bedroom is furnished with a deluxe king-size bed and a luxurious ensuite with a spacious shower.

The large second bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds.

Flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedroom with a DVD player in the living room.

The main bathroom is a fully updated three-piece bathroom.

The in-suite laundry room is tucked away near the front entrance and has full-sized washer and dryer for your use.

We are mere steps from the white sandy beach on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean and is accessed from our private boardwalk entrance​.

A short walk or drive down the street brings you to seaside shops and restaurants. The Old Town of St. Augustine with historic architecture and Spanish streets is just about a 5-minute drive from SeaWinds Dreams.

Your vacation is an important retreat from your day to day life. We respect and understand that. It is our intention that SeaWinds Dreams offers you that and more.

The condo was clean just fine. The owner however had to many rules like I was back in elementary school.Not to say I am not a rule follower at all but common sense dictates 95% of said rules.

2nd Stay at Sea Winds

This unit was updated, fully equipped and very comfortable for 4 adults. We love the location to grocery, Anastasia Island & historical Saint Augustine. The resort property has a great private walk to the beach and is located just off a beautiful stretch of natural dunes and soft sand. We will stay here again when we return to the area!

Perfect spot

Loved everything about our stay! The location was perfect in that it was a quiet area but close to restaurants and shops. The beach was so close and easy to get to. It was also never overcrowded even on the holiday weekend. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We especially appreciated having a washer/dryer and private drive for parking right in front of your door. The garage was useful for storing beach and fishing gear that we brought, although the condo already had most beach necessities. They thought of it all!

This property was very inviting. It is updated and VERY clean. One of the cleanest properties we have ever rented. The location was excellent and the private access to the beach was great. The pool area was beautiful and clean. We would definitely rent this property again.

Overall, a wonderful stay.

The property, location and St. Augustine did not disappoint. I will only mention a couple negatives. There was noise like construction in upstairs condo sometimes at 3 am.The beach gate security code took many attempts to open. Another group had the same issue.The condo itself is beautifully decorated, very clean and has all the amenities you need.

Perfect beach getaway

My girlfriends & I needed a beach getaway and were delighted with our stay at Seawinds. Wonderful beach access, close to restaurants, groceries, and downtown St Augustine. The condo had everything we needed - towels, coffee maker, toiletries, etc... The complex is quiet and safe. And we would definitely stay again. Love that there was a buggy & chairs to take to the beach, but those could be updated. It's a stretch to say that's a criticism, because we still were grateful not to have to pack those bulky items. Thanks Frank & Lucy!

Beautiful Condo/Horrible Communication

No complaints about the condo it was clean and looked like what was advertised.Our complaint starts with the obscured entry markings. We initially went to the condo next door and could not get in. We called, texted, and emailed the owners Frank and Lucy but did not get an immediate response. Finally, we figured out our error and made it to the property. We were supposed to have an email with a code to get in however none was sent. By this time Frank/Lucy responded to our first message. We sent several other messages trying to acquire the code to get into the property; it was over 1-hour until we received a response and the property code. We were on the road for hours tired, hungry, and just needed a bathroom break. But there's MORE the next day Frank/Lucy sent us a message saying they hoped we were enjoying our stay, then asked us if we would leave between 6 pm and 630pm, the condo was on the market and the realtor wanted to show the property. I was uncomfortable having strangers walking through the place we rented first we had suitcases unpacked and clothes, valuables, and medicine. I responded and told them we didn't feel comfortable with that. We have rented VRBOs all over the South for years and NEVER had communication issues like this. The good thing is the property is for sale so there will be new ownership and hopefully better communication and service.WT Morris

Great Christmas getaway

Frank and Lucy's place was in a great location - oceanside and minutes from downtown St. Augustine where the attractions are located. You will need a car to get downtown and the traffic does bottleneck as you approach the bridge towards the downtown area. Restaurants are within walking distance. Neighborhood is quiet. Everything in the house is as pictured. Perfect space for me and my two college aged children. Frank and Lucy were very responsive when I did have questions.

Fantastic Stay, Beautiful, Lovely Owners

Sister and I brought mom down for 80th birthday and this place was perfect! Plenty of space, perfect location steps from the beach, nice amenities and the owners were responsive and kind. I had a unique request and they helped get us out of a pickle. I couldn’t recommend this place more! Thank you for a great time!

Perfect stay for our group of 4 adults

We loved our stay at SeaWinds Dreams condo. The condo was very comfortable with great beds, very comfortable seating in living room and plenty of dining space. Frank and Lucy were very responsive when we had questions. The pool and hot tub were great and the beach was absolutely beautiful for walking or relaxing. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very clean property, quiet and easy to get to. Beach items supplied are a little worn and need to be replaced soon. Also would be nice if a cooler was supplied.
