Nice little cottage perfect for one couple. Neighborhood is quiet, back porch is secluded and peaceful and downtown is just a short walk away. The hot tub is a nice little bonus as well.

Luxury in Lincolnville was perfectly located. Very clean and had everything you would need. Communication with the host was prompt and very helpful with recommendations on everything on the area Will definitely stay at this location when coming back to the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little house. The outdoor space, including the patio and the hot tub, was probably our favorite feature. The house was clean, and everything worked. The property manager provided enough provisions, in the way of coffee, dish soap, laundry soap, etc, so that we were not caught without anything essential. The location is described as "walking distance" to all that St. Augustine has to offer. We found this to be accurate, barely. My wife and I walk alot, so we did not have any problems with trips on foot to town and back, but for people who don't walk regularly or who have small kids, it might be a bit too much. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The various fruit trees in the yard were a nice touch. I stole a lime for my vodka and tonic, and it was delicious. I can recommend this place, and I would stay here again.

Week-long Stay

My husband and I spent a week here in St. Augustine. We chose this place mainly based on walking distance to downtown and privacy. The house is very clean and cozy. Our stay was lovely and we loved being able to walk everywhere we went.

Great weekend

Stayed for a short weeekend trip. Great walkable location to downtown St Augustine and Lincolnville bars/restaurants. The place was welcoming and very clean. The backyard and hot tub setup also very private and serene. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic property in a very close and quiet neighborhood to the historic downtown area of St. Augustine. Very comfortable, loved the spa and privacy of the backyard. Hosts were great with their interest in our experience - would highly recommend 😊

Great Place!

Perfect size for a couple. Hot tub was nice feature. Clean, well appointed (bathrobes are a big PLUS). Location was good - walk to everything - however the neighborhood is evolving - still quite a few abandoned properties.

Lovely Little Lady

Clean and comfortable, the Little Lady is in a great location for exploring St. Augustine. The backyard hot tub was a treat each afternoon. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay!

We had a had a minor issue trying to check in with the code provided but my phone call was answered immediately and we cleared it up. Other than that, it was the perfect stay! The house is decorated lovely and the size was just perfect for our getaway! Highly recommend!

Well done

During our 4 night stay we absolutely enjoyed the property. The back yard landscaping was well planned out and executed. The restoration of this old Victors house was impressive. All the amenities were there and then some. One of the best stays we have had in our travels. Definitely recommended.
