Charming 2-bedroom house with a short walk to historic downtown St. Augustine.

  • Our cottage is a one story residence set back from the quiet street, with a screened in back porch for sitting and eating and a back patio ideal for enjoying the warm Florida sunshine. A gas grill is provided in the back yard for outdoor cooking. The backyard is fenced for the safety of our four-legged guests. Off street parking for two cars in driveway is provided. Inside, the floors are hardwood with area rugs for comfort. The high ceiling in the living/dining room gives a feeling of spaciousness. Ample seating is provided with two sofas and an easy chair for socializing, watching the 43 " TV, or using the wireless connected internet. The dining area has seating for six. Separating the dining area from the kitchen is a raised counter with bar stools, making it a great place to get together with family and friends. The kitchen has counter space and cabinets with appliances including a range, microwave, ice machine, refrigerator and dishwasher. Amenities provided include a coffeemaker, toaster. dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and cutlery. There are two bathrooms, the main bath includes a bathtub/shower combination, the second bathroom has a standup shower. A utility closet off the kitchen contains a clothes washing machine and dryer. The linen closet holds extra towels, bedding, paper goods, and supplies. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, chair, and built in clothes closet. The second bedroom has a full size and twin bed, easy chair, dresser, and built in clothes closet. The bedrooms include bedside tables with lamps. The cottage is a short walk to St. George Street, the ancient Spanish fort, and a short drive to magnificent Atlantic beaches, lighthouse, and many other attractions.

We loved being able to walk to Downtown and staying with our pup. The home was perfect for our family and the fenced in yard was a plus! Would definitely stay again.

It’s not a newly updated place but It sure hit the mark for us. It’s was clean and well stocked. We loved the screened in patio. It was great to have off street parking. The location was great!!

The Townhouse was wonderful! It was just as advertised in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Close to whatever you need to do in Philadelphia, whether sightseeing, medical appointments, etc. I walked my dog in the area many times, and felt very safe. Neighbors in the Townhouse were very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect. Walkable to old town and a quick drive to a dog friendly beach. The house was very comfortable and our dogs loved the backyard.

The location, layout and price of this home was great for us. An easy walk to everything, yet out of the tourist district. We were a little put off by the dusty, broken window shades and thread bare furniture but the bathrooms and kitchen were nice and clean and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking.

We had a great time staying at here. The location is perfect! It was close to everything. We walked downtown to shop and eat. The onsite parking was also very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This place felt like home, was very clean, and is in a terrific location for sightseeing. The neighborhood is quiet and we especially enjoyed the fenced yard for our fur baby. It is fully furnished with lots of kitchen supplies and we love having two bathrooms.

Easy access to park beside the house. Very clean inside. Didn't have to run to the grocery store right off the bat, things you'd expect are stocked. The area was quiet so we weren't awakened by loud noises early in the morning like one house we rented in the past. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The host was great at answering my questions in a timely manner. The house is very nice and cozy. Also very convenient to sightseeing. We were able to walk to Castillo de San Marco and the old town area.

We had a wonderful stay at this 2 bedroom / 2 bath in St. Augustine this weekend. The house is wonderful, the beds were comfortable, & everything was clean! We loved the back porch & the back yard is nice too. The shower in the master was perfect and had hand bars for anyone who may need them. It's not a roll in shower but there was plenty of room for a shower chair & there is a detachable shower head that makes it easier for anyone with ADA needs or that just likes to use them. We had everything that we needed for a great stay & we will be back again!

I only gave 4 stars for communication because I did reach out 1/2 through just advising that my adult daughter was coming to help me with my ailing husband and didn't get a yes or a no. We loved this house and all it has to offer between its amenities and location it was perfect. If I had anything remotely negative to say would be the living room furniture was WELL used and not real comfortable if you plan to spend a lot of time at the house. And the plastic mattress covers are noisy and sweaty but the beds were otherwise comfortable. We would love to come and stay again and plan to do so. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your adorable house.
