Peaceful area day or night. Great neighborhood for a long bike ride. Wide roads with light traffic in a court. Huge back yard with a swing. Plenty of running room for furbabies. This is a home with tons of vintage character.

Quiet and Relaxing

Great property. Host was great, easy to communicate and quick to respond. We had a great gathering of family. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Easy to enjoy the back yard and visit.

Springfield trip

The house was very clean and as described. The owner was extremely accommodating, friendly, and caring. The area encountered 6 tornadoes on 1 day and we were in the middle of them. Left with no power for 48 hours, the owner drove to destinations that had food thru downed trees and electrical lines, etc. just to find us dinner/food and then deliver them to the house... all with a huge smiel on her face. Bless he heart, she waited in line to do this for over an hour I believe and at a distance. She is beyond a Superhost!

Clean and Peaceful

Clean and very peaceful place to stay. Owner let us check in early and communicated very well. We had a pet and it was easy with the big back yard. No problems and I will stay here in the future.

Beautiful Clean Property

This house was perfect for our family. We came into town for a sports tournament and needed a calm place to crash between games, clean up, eat, and sleep. This house is so perfectly situated to get to all areas of town. It is clean and comfortable. We were so pleased with every aspect of our stay. The host was very helpful and kind. And bonus, there is a very friendly neighborhood cat that comes to visit.

She has literally thought of everything. Very accommodating host. Great set up with a nice sized fenced back yard for pets. The decorations were like a scavenger hunt. So much to see. We just kept discovering new things. Ultra clean. Great location for visiting Springfield attractions

Peaceful Family Retreat

Our family of 6 stayed here 4 nights. The all-ages game cupboard, age-level children's toys for the little ones as well as the back yard with a rope swing were all such a blessing for activities at Dametra's home. The livingroom with 2 recliner couches and a decorated Christmas tree was a great place for celebrating our family's early Chrisțmas.

in a place that hasn’t been modernized completely. With that said-the WIFI was so fast, there were smart TVs and it was exactly what we needed. Our host was most accommodating as our travel group had changed significantly. Would definitely reccomend and/or stay here again!

Great place to stay with pets!

We stayed with friends and our dogs when we came to Springfield for a dock diving nationals competition. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs to run and play and take care of business, there is even a handy doggy-doo disposal container on the back patio to drop poop bags in! The neighbors do have a couple of friendly dogs, but we had no issues with them, other than a little barking when our dogs would go out and they all said hi to each other. The house was comfortable and in a great location, close to lots of places to eat, and not too far from our event center. We had a couple of minor issues that our host responded to promptly. We had a great stay, and appreciated the timely communication and hospitality of our host!

Best little find in Springfield Mo

Wonderful little home in a quiet neighborhood. Big backyard with very pleasant patio. VERY dog friendly environment. Bedrooms are comfy. No problems during our stay but we knew that if we needed our host she was close by. We will stay here again when in Springfield

Wonderful place to spend a weekend

My family stayed here for the weekend. We were in town for an event. The host was so accommodating to every request. Very welcoming. The house was not only super clean, but very comfortable and had a home-like feel. Dametra was kind enough to allow my four dogs, who also enjoyed their stay. The carpets were so clean that I felt comfortable letting my 1 year old crawl around on the floor. The beds were comfortable and the shower had endless hot water. We will definitely be back next time we’re in town.

Incredible Host

By far the most communicative & accommodating host I have dealt with at an air bnb stay. She had recommendations of places to go while we were here, made sure to have toys at the air bnb when she learned we were bringing our kids with us (which were VERY much appreciated), & quickly helped us resolve our problem of accidentally locking ourselves out & leaving belongings inside when checking out. Couldn’t ask for a better host! The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood, clean, & so close to everything, everything was a quick 10 minute drive from this location which was so handy!
