Private Pool - Spacious - 1/2 block to Beach



Eclectic, older & "beach-ey" row 2 level townhome 1 block to the beach with

private pool. Fully equipped kitchen, large living room, & space to spread

out.



Private clean pool . This townhome sleeps alot



Three full bedrooms. Upstairs master bedroom has queen bed. 2nd bedroom

upstairs has 2 single beds. Third bedroom downstairs is converted garage in

very large with 2 queen beds. Up to 10 people allowed. Great deal!

The space

This is an older town home with very hard to find 100% private pool for your

use. Lowest cost private pool , but this home does have its flaws and is not

remodeled. Great deal on price though!



Downstairs in the spare bedroom are 2 double sized beds along with the

kitchen, tables, 2 couches, and flat screen TV. One couch folds down into a

small bed.



This living area opens up nicely to a patio to the private pool area that does

provide some shade as you exit the home. The ground floor is all tile and

there is one full bath down.



Upstairs, the second spare bedroom has 2 single beds, and the Master Bedroom

features a king bed with private en suite full bathroom.



A very easy walk to the beach is assured.



Parking space for 2 cars off street. BBQ by the pool is ok, While there is an

older BBQ grill provided, we do not provide LP gas please bring a tank if you

plan to use you may bring your small charcoal grill. (we dont provide)

The house still has a cool, beach vibe. The pool is 3 feet to 5 feet deep.



This space can be described as dated inside & not luxurious. The pool is

great, as is location. Interior decor is dated. We just wish to fully disclose

these facts so you and your family are aware prior to booking

Please note, this is not a party house, and unregistered guests , as well as

any noise complaints will result in eviction.



Hosting/throwing of parties and get togethers is prohibited at this house. MAX

2 cars on property in driveway DO NOT park on shoulder of road or you will be

towed ($315 to get car out) a golf cart is considered a car, FYI.



South Padre Short Term Rental Permit avail upon request



Up to 2 dogs or birds are allowed. The pet fee nonrefundable is $75 PER dog or

birds, no exceptions. Dog (s) cannot be left alone to bark nor be allowed up

on furniture. Pets found on property without prior notice to us as host will

be evicted without refund.

your photo ID to age verify. This is not optional

Should be a no star rental

Older property that has not been maintained. Plaster missing from walls horrible paint job. Baseboards filthy. Air registers had dirt hanging from them. Bugs yes bugs in kitchen and both bathrooms. Rust on hard surfaces that should have been kept clean. Non working tvs and coffee pot did not work. Management just walked in without announcing giving lame excuses that were not emergencies and issues that were resolved two days earlier. Invasion of privacy. Felt unsafe after that. Suspect they came while we were gone as one of our dogs was found dopey as if drugged. A 1 year old dog does not act like that. Have long list of condition issues. Toilet held down with one bolt and rocked. Bathtub had plastered hole. Plumbing “fixed” with caulk. Closet in one bedroom unusable as they had a full sized mattress stored. Other closets were locked so bedroom had no hanging space. Another closet was a storage room and with a water heater. Pool area had trashed grill and unusable chairs. Pool maintenance arrived unannounced and walked through the building to get to pool. Garbage bins were full and smelled and of course were by the front door. We had to put the trash to the curb on pick up day. Again there is a lengthy list.

Having our own pool was nice. The kids enjoyed it. We brought our own tubes. It was fun. Brought our dogs.
