Lovely Condo with Large Pool & Great Beach Access!

This peaceful condo is located on sunny South Padre Island (beach/ocean side) and is only a short walk from the beach. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator access), this charming condo has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and set up to sleep up to six (6) guests very comfortably.

The beach is only a short walk away with access to a trendy beach bar & grill. The building features a resort-style pool, hot tub, and very large BBQ area which is perfect for cooling off after a long day at the Beach.

The space
Relax on the patio in the evenings here and watch Space X flights from the comfort of your own home away from home. You'll love the view of the Water Park next door and the palm tree lined view as you feel the cool ocean breeze.

The bedroom has two (2) queen beds with freshly cleaned linens for every guest. There is a small closet with hangers and storage for your bags, along with extra bed linens. The TV in the bedroom has an Amazon Fire Stick with access to Netflix and any of your own streaming apps.

The bathroom is fully stocked with toiletries, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and towels. We're sure you'll enjoy a nice long shower after a fun day at the beach!

The living room features a TV with Spectrum cable and access to over 100 channels. There is a pull out sofa bed with all the linens and pillows you will need.

This condo has a fully stocked kitchen with like-new appliances, a coffee maker, and everything you'll need to feel right at home.

The condo is completely tiled (no need to worry about getting sandy feet on the carpet!)

Guest access
There is plenty of parking available in the building, just be sure to use and return the Parking Passes that we will provide you. Also, the City of South Padre Island provides a FREE Shuttle Service that goes all over South Padre Island and Port Isabel.

Other things to note
Elevator access to the 3rd Floor and luggage carts make checking-in and checking-out a breeze.
