Located in South Padre Island, this condo is part of a vacation rental community with many amenities. You'll be a short walk to Queen Isabella Memorial Park, the beach, and endless water sports along the Gulf Coast. The Beach WaterPark at Isla Blanca is also within walking distance.

Inside this ground-level condo, you'll have updated amenities like a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and bathrooms with new walk-in showers. Relax in the living space on the large sofa, and watch a movie on the TV with streaming capabilities.

When you're ready to head outside, you'll have a private patio with a small bistro set. Go for a revitalizing swim at the shared pool and hot tub. This condo offers everything, whether you're lounging inside or sunbathing poolside.

We're excited to inform you that this condo utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the number of beds available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Not worth the money

Wouldn’t stay here again. A few things were not working upon arrival and we messaged the Vacasa number they gave us and they said it was our responsibility to fix them. When we couldn’t figure it out they finally sent someone over but still didn’t get any ice in fridge til we were leaving and hot tub never got any bubbles or over 90 degrees. No oven kits almost burned my hands. Vacasa is terrible I will never stay at one of their properties again.

Overall good experience. Comfy, convenient location. Felt safe. Nice pool and hot tub. Had issues with red ants. Could update blender and warped frying pans. David was very attentive. Would consider renting again.

Positives nice floor plan, sleeping arrangements was nice. Pool was great. The room wasn’t very clean. There is water damage in bathrooms. Bathrooms had hair in them. Kitchen only had 4 forks but like 20 spoons(we had 6 guest). Other weird stuff like that. Room needs a good cleaning and some maintenance.

December fishing trip

We booked a fishing trip with family and booked this property for it's location and amenities. The property was great! Our fishing trip was unfortunately canceled due to bad weather, but we still enjoyed exploring the island.

Great condo!

I was very impressed with this property. The location was perfect; within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We could hear the footsteps of the neighbors above, but for the most part it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again!!

Stay at south padre

The property was exactly as it said on site. Great location. Pool excellent. Quiet after 11 so good if you have kids Would say condos upstairs needs rug under their tables. Really loud when pulled out. Otherwise excellent. Would definitely stay there again. Would like a broom available to sweep.

Comfortable and stylish

This place with the high ceilings and cozy decor... not too much (I hate the places that have an excessive amount of clutter). Good taste, simple, but with everything you could need to have an amazing extended weekend. The entire building seemed to be in and out travelers from all over taking advantage of the beautiful weather and amazing pool/hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location...with some issues

The location of this condo was good. Not having any cable/satellite or even basic channels on any of the TVs in the condo was a little on the down side. We also found wet and dry clothing in the washer and dryer, and did not find an iron making us buy one at the local CVS. Surrounding tenants were very loud, especially the ones upstairs...they seemed to by stomping their feet well into the early morning hours...making it hard for some of us to sleep.
