Location was great but property needs work.

Location was great as right across the street was access to Beach. However, the property was very old. For example, some of the doors didn’t even lock, outside chairs rusted out and unusable and couches were well wore and look nothing like the picture. We had a leak right above the top bunk so we couldn’t use that bed the first night. They came to fix leak and didn’t bother to dry mattress or change bedding so second night still couldn’t sleep in the bed we paid for. Contacted support and all they told me was the local team was notified and nothing more. Communication for things we couldn’t do was quick tho as you CANNOT grill anywhere on this property.

Nothing in condo

There is just the basic kitchen utensils. 3 cups. Dishwasher was half broke and washing machine was very loud. One of the master bath door handle was broke and made it hard for kids to open. They said they had a strict noise policy but when the couple next door sang very loud karaoke past 11 pm. I called the number provided and was told security would handle it. No one showed up. I myself had to go knock at 11:45 to ask them to quit.

What was listed was not given to us. I think VRBO is not setting up boundaries and allowing all types of houses to be listed for Rent. This is the first time we have used VRBO and brought us down on its value it provides. The competition provides best houses and stricter in its policies before a house is listed. This house had no water for few hours. Wet floor from humidity when we checked-in. Flush not working. hair in the utensils.TVs not working (at least that is ok). Some doors were not locking from the inside. Sorry to say, but it was a bad experience for us.

The property is close to the beach. It was very clean, only suggestion is to fix the door handles to the restrooms. They don’t lock easily and can be pushed open. Neighborhood was quiet, neighbors were also quiet. Overall, it was a good location and provided some much needed rest.

Great property/Amazing Location

Condo was clean at arrival. Space was exactly as described with enough space for our family of 8. Process from rental to check-in to check-out was seamless. Couldn't have asked for a better location, just steps from the water. Pool and hot tub were clean and right outside our door, literally. TV in living room had volume problems and garbage disposal didn't work which were really the only issues we found. Wifi signal was strong to support us all. Kitchen was stocked enough for us. There was a broom available, but we would have liked a dustpan to help with the sand issue. Bring your own pillows as ones provided were flat.

Clean, great location

The unit is excellent, the new lock system is horrendous and required assistance from both the Vacasa company (in California) and locally to get someone over to help us get in and learn how to manage the new lock (10 digit code!). We never did get a proper code for the back gate. Local property management is kind of a joke; you can call about any problem and get promises, but no one shows up (except when we couldn't get in upon arrival and went through the main management company, as I said.) Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. New washer/drier unit and microwave were very nice.

Horrible, do not stay at this property unless you plan to clean it before you sit down

Let me start by saying, WE CALLED VACASA/PROPERTY MGT TWICE-I spoke with Maria. AFTER 2 CALLS, NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. BEFORE YOU READ MY COMMENTS, PLEASE KNOW I HAVE PICTURES TO BACKUP ALL MY CLAIMS, JUST IN CASE YOU THINK I AM POSTING THIS OUT OF SPITE. SAFETY HAZARD AND FILTHY (why they charge for a “professional”:is beyond me) we left it cleaner than we found it. We didn’t have a choice with having kids around. APPLIANCES didn’t work, 2 stove burners didn’t work, coffee maker didn’t work the microwave was the only item that worked FRONT DOOR didn’t close, took two of us to get it completely shut SINK DOWNSTAIRS falling off of the wall, UTENSILS still had food on them from previous renters, COUCHES were disgusting, they were wet, dirty and stuffing was coming out of them, WASHER sounds like a jet engine coming in for a landing, DRYER had rocks and water inside of it, mold all around the dryer seal STAIRWAY isn’t safe if you have younger kids or people with a disability, stairs are steep and very poorly lighted, lights only turn on from the very top of stairs BATHROOM SHOWERS were disgusting, hair stuck on the walls, mold on the curtain and tiles, WE HAD TO BUY DRAINO SO THE SINK WOULD DRAIN, CALLED ABOUT THE SINK, NO RESPONSE LAMPS didn’t work in bedrooms, they were actually broken upstairs tvs didn’t work Wi-Fi what a joke, didn’t work and with younger kids, it’s a MUST! REFRIGERATER had NO shelves, so very little space for groceries, the refrigerator FREEZER smelled so bad, it transferred over to the taste of our food, which being able to cook was part of why we rented TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY we needed a pair of scissors, only had half a pair in the drawer, RUGS for tile floors and caused a fall WITH ONE OF OUR KIDS due to the heavy rains we had, bunk beds bottom bed was broken, SLIDING GLASSI doors DIDN T lock, HUGE SAFETY RISK, WE had people next door physically fighting, and we could feel the wall move every time they hit it we went and got security and they said there was nothing they could do, all of our children were scared, SAFETY GATE to pool doesn’t work BEWARE IF YOU HAVE LITTLE ONES, cigarette butts all over window Seals (no one in our party smokes) IF YOU ARE EXPECTING A RELAXING VACATION, THIS PLACE IS NOT IT, UNLESS TAKING CARE OF ISSUES THE WHOLE TIME YOU ARE THERE IS RELAXING FOR YOU. BAD on the property mgt team. NO RESPONSE, JUST WRONG! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND

It was in a great location. It was clean and lots of room. only suggestions is to have a blow dryer, coffee filters at the property and the queen bed in the room facing the beach is really firm. might what to adust. the queen in the room over looking the pool need to have the head board connected. but over all a great place

Great location

The location is located right across the street from public beach access and the back door opens directly to the pool. The accomodations were good, however the house looks dingy due to walls and doors being painted in a flat base paint so fingerprints cannot be wiped off. The condo is older so definitely had.some.cracks and dents, and there were also several bent towel racks which is just an asthetic issue. There are lots of sleeping locations but would recommend families bring extra pillows, linens and bath towels. There are no spare linen or towels, nor beach towels. Overall, we would stay here again but would bring those items mentioned above.

The condo is located across the street from a public beach access. I also really liked that the pool and courtyard were just a few steps from the back door. The bedrooms were on the second floor and each bedroom had its own bathroom and balcony. The kitchen had the basics needed to cook a meal. Overall, it was very clean and convenient.

The place was alright. Definitely not near as nice as it is in the pictures. I wouldn’t have paid as much as I did if I would’ve known that. There were things that were broken and it wasn’t very clean. We even found a pill on the nightstand that could’ve really hurt our children if found and eaten. Wouldn’t go there again. But it wasn’t completely awful.

This condo is in a great location. One block off the beach and close to many other attractions. The hot tub and pool area are nice, clean and well maintained. The condo itself is not. It is dirty and in need of many repairs. Most of the doors do not lock or the knobs stick and you cannot get them opened. The windows are missing screens. The washer and dryer still have not been fixed even after all the past comments. Don't plan on being able to use them. The best part about this condo is the set up.

Perfect Location

The condo is directly across from a beach access, making it super easy to go back and forth. It is also just a few blocks from many good restaurants and the “entertainment strip” on the bay for cocktails, sunsets, live music, and dinner. The condo itself was basic but adequate. We could have used a few more towels for a week long stay, a few extras such as coffee filters and more TP would be nice, and it could use a deep cleaning. Overall, it is great for the price and it is as shown. I would recommend to friends and stay there again.

The location was great! Centrally located to all the shopping and a very short walk to the beach. It was one of the more affordable rentals. The lint trap for the dryer was completely falling apart. You had to tape the dryer shut for it to work and even then it would shut off every couple minutes. The sheets on all of the beds had hair on them. There was no broom available in the rental, which made it difficult to clean before leaving. I would say that as much as you pay to rent, I would think that the cleaning people would do a better job. That’s really the biggest negative I have.

When you walk inside it’s nice , but then you start looking closely && it could of been more clean. Having kids around just thought that it would be more clean (walls, & doors). Couple mins away from beach, love that. The swimming pool was great, easy access. Over all , it’s a good place to stay for vacation.

Great location

Location is great; Condo was clean and convenient; Walk across the street to beach access. Supermarket 1 block away. Needs upgrades; Would be nice for the master bdr to have a king size bed. Hot water downstairs barely hot, so dishwasher doesn't dissolve soap; had to run hot water quite awhile before starting dishwasher, Needs new set of pots, scratched, no handle on big pot, hard to pick up when hot; need pot holders; needs new stove vent. Otherwise enjoyable for a family stay.

Great for families

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The furniture wasn’t in great shape and the place needs a little updating. I wish there were more cleaning supplies available such as laundry soap/dishwasher soap but it worked out great for us. Super close to the beach. Just the right amount of towels. We hit it at a great time. Nice and quiet with very few tenants. No beds are quite as good as home but these weren’t terrible. We’d definitely stay again.
