Why stay in a hotel when you can watch TV on the deck while grilling your dinner.

Enjoy glamping in this 44 ft RV with 2 bedrooms and a cool hideaway loft that kids will love. The main bedroom is attached to the main bath while the rear bedroom has a sink and a toilet room. The location is convenient to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer and a short drive to Gatlinburg. The RV is located just over the mountain from Dollywood.
It's so close you can hear the steam train whistle all day. There is a large deck on the front with a grill and a fire pit.

Showed up to the property and was checking in to find the door left unlocked and then also noticed that the fenced in area outside of one of the doors has been removed also when we walked in. I was afraid we had walked into someone else camper because there is zero signage letting us know we were in the proper area and also the pictures being different than the property we arrived to we were unsure but when I walked in there were dirty towels in the bathtub and both of the beds had been slept in and were not made or changed from the previous guests. There was also a smell of trash and n the camper to find a full garbage bag laying on the floor. I immediately called the property manager after finding his phone number on the sign that was in the camper to have my phone call ignored and the I followed up with a text and he promptly called back to be informed that he had messaged his cleaning crew but they hadn’t responded in however long. So the camper has been sitting without a cleaning crew coming by or the property manager taking responsibility on having the property properly checked before guests were coming to stay. Me, my wife and our dog had to spend 2 hours trying to find a hotel to accommodate us for the weekend we had booked only to find one place that was 150 dollars more for the weekend because it was our only option and was a hotel on the complete opposite end of town. When contacting the property manager he stated “all he can say is I’m sorry” Sorry doesn’t fix it!

Property could use a good cleaning I arrived late spent three hours cleaning one room, asked that morning could he have it cleaned no one ever showed up we left the property wouldnt have stayed the first night had it not already been so late!

We really enjoyed staying here. Conveniently located to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer, but quiet enough to relax and take advantage of the deck and fire pit.

Short visit for Dollywood

Check in was easy, camper was beautiful and clean. Owner easy to get a hold of and responsive. Think it's great that dogs were allowed as it saved us from boarding fees

Great Stay

Location was convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. RV was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Owner was responsive and courteous. Great for our dogs. Would rent again.
