Welcome to Pueblo Sedona, a thoughtfully designed private residence in the heart of West Sedona. This home is situated in a preferred location whose backyard connects to National forest trails, Sunset park (with pickleball/tennis), and is a short 1 minute drive from AZ-89.

The home is close to fine restaurants, art galleries, jeep rentals, designer thrift stores, and more. All with easy parking.

Yes, very welcoming! The location was excellent, the amenities were nice. Garage access was super nice. The decor was beautiful. The shower in the primary room was really. Comfortable like a home away from home.

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was comfortable and roomy for three. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great views from two balconies and the backyard. There was trail access from the house (although signage was lacking, not the host's fault), a distillery (Redwall) and a restaurant (Pisa Lisa) within walking distance. Host was very responsive, arrival and entry went exactly as expected. As mentioned in other comments the carpet on the stairs was stained but not a big deal since all the floors were wood or tile and looked fine.

This home was exceptionally comfortable and located in a welcoming neighborhood. Its proximity to town and the convenient trail access right out the back made it an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure. We felt at home immediately and loved the spacious interior as well as the generous deck space for enjoying the outdoors.A quick note for future guests: the driveway is shared and fairly steep, though there appeared to be some street parking available if preferred. The property is also near some ongoing construction, a recycling facility, the humane society and boarding kennel. While there can be noise from these, we found that keeping the doors and windows closed minimized it effectively. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience here and would stay here again.

Awesome location backing onto open desert views. Great porch and patio for watching the sunset with nothing to spoil the view. Convenient to Safeway and a very well equipped kitchen permitted several homecooked meals, ideal for the family to be together.

Nice property with the exception of the house right next to the property with a shared driveway that was less than desirable. Living room furniture was wore out and not comfortable. On a more positive note, it was close to everything we wanted to do in Sedona. The home is big and spacious and perfect for large families. The home was clean with the exception of dirty rugs and carpets on the stairs. Just needs a little updating.

Great stay

Great location for a family with a dog. Close to everything. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. My favorite parts were the balconies, which are great for spending the afternoon relaxing and taking in the views after morning adventures.

Lots of southwestern charm

Our family loved staying at the Pueblo Sedona! It is a clean, warm, well-kept, and spacious home with a lot of privacy, beautiful views, and a fenced backyard. It was the perfect space for our family of four and dog. There are so many charming southwest touches throughout the house. It is conveniently located with a grocery store, restaurants, and a park with tennis pickleball courts, playground, and a splash pad nearby. There is even a hiking trail accessible from the backyard.

Great Property

Perfect property for a family of 4. Plenty of room for our teenagers to have their space downstairs and my wife and I to have our space upstairs. Very clean and well appointed. Great location close to restaurants and grocery stores and only a few minutes away from Uptown. Views from the multiple porches were great! Communication with the owner was stellar.

Great location

The property is 5 stars for location, close to trails and town however there are a few things that could be improved. The carpet on the stairwell is stained and discolored and the sofas are older and lack any seat support. The cleaners appear to do a good job and the amenities are accurately represented. Perfect place for a dog with a fenced area!

Great location, great hiking right out your back door.

Great host, very responsive! Many wonderful hikes right outside the back door. You can't beat the location for a family with kiddos - right near trails, restaurants, and the grocery store.

Charming Desert Stay with a Couple Suggested Areas for Improvement

We recently stayed at this property and overall had a good experience. The home truly lived up to the description—clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, and the southwestern décor added a lovely charm to the space. That said, there were a couple of areas where we felt there was room for improvement. The property info packet/in-home documentation states “THERMOSTAT: Standard central heating / cooling unit. Set the temperature to your desired comfort level when staying with us.”However, the heating and cooling were controlled remotely by the owner, which, while understandable in some cases, made it a little challenging for us to adjust the temperature to our liking. For those that are temperature sensitive, you may wish to consider messaging the property manager in advance to discuss the allowed temperature range.Additionally, for the price of this rental, we expected a high standard in certain aspects of the home. Mainly, the carpeting on the stairs appeared extremely worn and gave off a sense of being unclean, which detracted from the otherwise well-maintained feel of the space.With these adjustments, this property would be a repeat for us. We still recommend it for its positive aspects and hope the owners consider these areas of feedback for future guests.

One of the best rentals!

We have rented MANY homes in the past 20 years and this was one of the best. The host has supplied so many little extra comforts and it made are stay special with our family. The high end beds and pillows are comfortable, the furniture is comfortable. They have great games and we played games with our family every night. The decor is really nice and all of the extras like pillows, coffee supplies, every necessary element for cooking is there and having nice furniture out on the balconies is a plus! The communication before the trip was very organized and detailed, also they have a notebook at the home with lots of great information. The only thing I want to warn people about is the dog kennel is somewhere nearby and we heard the dogs barking all of the time. I usually bring my sound machine but forgot this time. Luckily we used their speaker to hook up our phone with ocean wave sounds which helped us sleep, but the rest of the family was woken up by the dogs. I recommend bringing sound machines if you stay there.

Beautiful House

HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL. It was so easy to check in, house was amazing. Great decor, quiet, spacious. We had a great stay …. Loved the house. I would have to say it will not be suitable for someone who has difficulty going up n down stairs … loved how we had access to the bbq… n we need to come back in the fall/winter to use the outside chimney:)
