On road parking. No smoking.. Welcome to this first-floor apartment in Scarborough. This stunning apartment is nestled in a peaceful crescent of tall Victorian townhouses. Despite its tranquil setting, you are just a short stroll away from Scarborough’s many attractions, including the golden sands of South Bay, only a 12-minute walk away.

As you ascend the communal staircase and step inside the apartment, you are greeted by a spacious living area. The impressive original marble fireplace is the focal point, complemented by high ceilings and tall windows that flood the room with natural light. The separate kitchen is well equipped, featuring modern conveniences such as an air fryer and a coffee machine.
