The neighborhood surrounding our property offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Nestled within the serene coastal landscape of Seagrove Beach, our location provides easy access to the pristine beaches of the Emerald Coast, walking distance from the property. Enjoy the unique beauty of the area with the presence of Eastern Lake, a rare coastal dune lake, offering opportunities for paddle boarding and kayaking adventures. Nearby, you'll find charming local eateries and shops, as well as popular attractions such as Deer Lake State Park and The Hub at WaterSound Beach. With its picturesque surroundings and convenient access to both beach and lake activities, our neighborhood promises an unforgettable coastal getaway.

Two parking passes are provided for the gated condo community. several restaurants, including Old Florida Fish House and Beachy Bean Coffee are a three minute walk from the condo. Kayak and Paddleboard rental is a short walk away as well.

Respectful Conduct: Kindly treat our property with the utmost care and respect during your stay.

Prompt Communication: Should any maintenance issues arise or if there's any damage to the property, please notify us promptly so we can address it with efficiency and care. In case of emergencies, please dial 911 first, then inform our property managers.

Event Restrictions: As a tranquil retreat designed for relaxation and rejuvenation, we kindly request no parties or events be hosted on the premises. Guests found violating this policy will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Community Courtesy: We are nestled within a serene residential neighborhood, surrounded by families and fellow guests. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Parking Passes: Two parking passes will be provided for your convenience. Kindly return them to the condo upon departure to avoid a $50 replacement fee.

Minimum age: the minimum age to book is 21. The person booking must be present at the property for the duration of the stay.
