Our house is in the middle of pine and sea forests with its view of the sunset will fill your evenings with light on our terrace. We are in the southwest area of the island with the best corners of beaches and splendid sunsets, where you can discover, Es Vedra the magical rock in Cala D'Hort and much more we will advise you of all these beautiful places to discover during your stay , you will have the tips in our informative book recommended the secrets of the surroundings.
A few meters walking along an avenue full of plants and flowers you will arrive in 5 minutes walking on foot to Cala Vadella. La Cala is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, safe for children because of its shallow depth and with clean, clear water.
If you like water activities in Cala Vadella you will find everything, rental and boat trips, a diving school with its center to rent all the equipment. Animation for children with pedal boats ... and much more.
Bars, restaurants, open until very late every day, also 3 nearby supermarkets for your needs one of them two minutes from the door of the house.
The apartment is located in front of the sea where you will enjoy looking at the cove and the pine forests that surround you. IT IS VERY QUIET! It is the perfect place for a couple's holiday and it is great for families with children.
We have free parking spaces.
We have in the Wi-Fi apartment and in most of the bars and restaurants that are within walking distance of the house. We have a baby cot with a removable mattress. The size is Height 76, Length 125, Width 65cm We have also included a flat screen TV with access to satellite television international radio stations for music. There is also a DVD player with a variety of DVD movies. We have a music sound system for you to enjoy your own music ..
The apartment is located from the airport of Ibiza approx. at 20 km the route time lasts approx. 20-25 minutes
If you need to rent your car we recommend the Doyouspain website always has good deals on car rental. Watch for Es Vedra on the way to the apartment.

Nice apartment with view in the pine trees and the sea

This apartment has everything you need. Two sleeping rooms each with a bathroom. Well equiped kitchen and a cosy sofa and balcony with great sea view. You can watch the sunset from the balcony! The contact with the owner was friendly and easy. The beach of Cala Vedella with nice restaurants is 5 min walk down the hill.

Lovely apartment

This is a really lovely apartment for a small family. It is situated in a resort called Club Aquarium and benefits from the facilities including the pool which is just over the road. The resort is very quiet at night and family friendly. Cala Vedella is a short 5 - 10 minute walk downhill and this has one of the best beaches in Ibiza. The sunset is truly magnificent. Around the beach there are a number of bars, restaurants and shops including a small supermarket although if you need a wider choice the supermarket in Sant Josep is much bigger. The apartment itself is simple, tastefully appointed and has all of the usual things to make it feel like home. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom which is a great feature. The pictures of the apartment are very accurate and we didn't find any faults at all. Alexandra is a great host and even offered us a late check out which was really appreciated as we had a late flight home. All in all, this is a great 2 bedroom apartment in a fantastic location!

Härlig lägenhet som håller bra standard och har en trevlig balkong med bra utsikt. Läget är bra med gångavständ ner till en mysig strand där det finns ett flertal trevliiga restauranger. Sängarna var kanske inte dom bästa men funkade ok.

Nice Place!

Herrliches Apartment. Die Fotos sind zutreffend, das Apartment ist eher größer,als es auf den Bildern erscheint. Balkon spitze und auch ansonsten hat uns nichts gefehlt! Es liegt in einer unauffälligen Anlage von der man nichts mitbekommt. Es ist ein kleines spanisch- weißes 2 Etagen-Reihenhaus (Endhaus), die Wohnung liegt oben. Toller Blick, insgesamt sehr viel Grün drumherum :-) Der Weg zum Strand dauert 5 min bergab eine Gasse und bergauf vielleicht 2 Minuten mehr (mit Kinderwagen sportlich aber auf jeden Fall möglich). Uns hat der Weg immer Spaß gemacht, weil er fast gar nicht befahren ist und tolle Blicke bietet. Es gibt aber auch noch ein breite Straße zum Strand. Die kleine Bucht ist zauberhaft: Ein paar gute Restaurants direkt am Strand, klares Wasser, Schnorcheln, besondere Sonnenuntergänge und schöne Angelmöglichkeiten!

On arrival the double bed frame (two single beds tied together with shoes laces) was broken. The owners came to fix it but knew it was already broken. He tried unsuccessfully to fix it with tape. He couldn’t, so we had to move in to the smaller twin room. They then delivered a new single base the next day but wouldn’t give us fresh linen for our guests arriving for the twin room. They said “you have only slept in it for one night”! The quality of the bed linen was very poor and no changes allowed in two weeks so we had do our laundry ourselves in a machine with no instructions (the owner did not know how to use it either). We did get it to work by going on line and having to yank the door so hard because it was rusted. We then got locked out for a couple of hours one evening because of failed locks and left in a distressing and insecure situation. A lot of the equipment is old. The instructions have been obliterated by age. The wash hand basin in double room bathroom leaked and the stopper did not work. This apartment has a wonderful view but needs significant investment.

Sehr schönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage

Die sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Teil der Insel. Im August gab es manchmal ein Problem in einen Parkplatz zu finden, da die Straße auch von "Tage -Strandbesuchern" genutzt. Ein Auto ist in der Region aber dringend notwendig. Die Straße zum Strand hat eine "sportliche" Steigung.

Perfect location and apartment

The apartment was perfect for us and was immaculate. Frank met us there, showed us round and recommended some sights to see and told us about the area. There is a great balcony looking out towards the sea, the rooms were all really good sizes and the showers were excellent. The area was very peaceful and literally across the road is the swimming pool which was almost always empty. There was never any problem getting a sunbed. The beach is a short walk and keep a look out for the La Playa sign on the right by some steps as it’s a shortcut down to the beach. The beach is absolutely stunning with crystal clear water and never got too crowded. The umbrellas from the apartment were really handy for the beach. The best bars are Can Jaume and Vadella Beach Bar and the best food we had was at Maria Luisa. They are all on the beach with great views. There is a small supermarket selling all the essentials and the nearest bigger supermarket (Hiper Centro) we found is in St Josep. Check in and check out was easy and there was great communication with our hosts throughout. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for having us

Relaxing Ibiza

First time to Ibiza so was not sure what to expect. This property and location was perfect. Just a short drive from the airport so easy to get to but you are tucked away in the lovely community of Cala Vadella which has one if the prettiest beaches on the island . The apartment was simple, modern very clean and quiet. The shower is brilliant and you have a washing machine so you can pack light. We stayed for a week and with at least six beach cafes and restaurants you actually don't need to go anywhere else! You do need a car as the local grocery shop is a short drive away. Big bonus is the lovely balcony to enjoy those obligatory Sun Downers !

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren für 10 Nächte zu dritt in dem Apartment und uns hat während unseres Aufenthalts an nichts gefehlt! Die Ausstattung ist optimal und bietet alles, was man zum Kochen und für den Urlaub braucht. Es gibt leider keinen Grill, was aber auf Grund der Lage in mitten eines Pinienwaldes sowieso nicht möglich wäre, da es vor allem im Sommer sehr trocken ist. Der Balkon ist traumhaft; man ist Wind- und Regengeschützt und hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Der Strand, der in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, ist einer der schönsten, den wir gefunden haben und bietet auch einiges an gastronomischer Auswahl! Das Appartment hat aber auch eine tolle Lage, um vor allem die Westküste von Ibiza mit all den Buchten und Stränden zu erkunden. Ein Mietwagen braucht man dafür aber auf jeden Fall. Alles in allem hatten wir einen erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub, wozu die Ferienwohnung auch beigetragen hat! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Fantastic Apartment & Location

Highly recommended not just for the clean contemporary style and comfort of the apartment which had everything we needed including a stunning view and quiet location. Just a minutes' walk to the adult and kids pool which we visited every day which has a restaurant/pool bar that serve excellent food with great friendly service. We have been going to Ibiza for many years and know Cala Vedella very well but have always stayed at the main hotel close to the beach but loved the apartment and location for its tranquility and close proximity to the beach perfect for our three-year-old daughter. Frank was friendly and a fantastic host and was very attentive to our needs. We absolutely love this place and can't wait to book again.

Wundervoll und Erholung pur

Wir waren 8 Nächte Ende August in der Wohnung mit unseren zwei Söhnen 14 + 17 Jahre. Die Wohnung war auch für uns mit gr. Kindern groß genug. Wir haben den traumhaften Blick vom Balkon sehr genossen. Morgens Aufstehen mit Blick auf die Bucht! Die Sonnenuntergänge an der Cala Vadella sind wirklich unbeschreiblich. Es war alles (Geschirr etc.) ausreichend vorhanden. Einzig eine Klimaanlage im zweiten Schlafzimmer hat gefehlt. Die Bäder mit den Steinböden fanden wir sehr schön. Cala Vadella ist wirklich ein perfekter Ort zum Erholen. Schöne Restaurants, alle mit Meerblick, sehr leckerem Essen. Manche Restaurants bieten abends auch Live-Musik. An der "Bar Cala Vadella" sitzt man abends entspannt mit Cocktails. Der Poolbereich hat uns gut gefallen, alles sehr entspannt + ruhig, nie überlaufen, wir haben immer 4 Liegen bekommen. Es gibt auch gr. Sofas zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns wieder auf "Spirit of Ibiza" eingelassen und einfach in den Tag gelebt. Leider wird auch auf Ibiza immer mehr gebaut, das finden wir sehr traurig und bedenklich. Cala Vadella hätten wir gerne schon vor Jahren erlebt. Die Natur auf Ibiza fasziniert uns immer wieder!

Most amazing holiday

We got in quite late in the night and Frank was there to show us around the property and also some possible excursions. The place was much better than we anticipated. Was very spacious, clean and had a very modern feel to it. We were a family of four and we had our on private space when we wanted it and also plenty of space to spend together. Especially loved the varenda where we got have a bite to eat together and watch the sunset in the evening. Aircon was a massive plus and the hospitality of the hosts. Pool was special as we never had to fight for space and the beach was very lively. The only issue we had was the parking which we felt wasn't enough as we had at times park a bit further away. Overall this was a most perfect place to spend for a few days and we will certainly be revisiting it in the future.
