The studio is small and finding parking outside in the street is not easy although you can walk up from the town using very steep stairs. That does mean that the view from the balcony is lovely, however.
It could be better equipped - no toaster and no reasonable chairs - but the main problems while we were there in April 2019 were a stale water smell from the water heater in the kitchen and the fact that we couldn't check in until late because the place was swimming in water from an unrelated water leak - and a failure by the owner to realise this was a problem for us. When you drive in, you're hot and tired and then you have to sit on the step for nearly half an hour - after being told to come an hour later - is not much fun. We tried to deal with this informally by giving feedback after our stay but made no progress - perhaps due to language difficulties! In short, it's a good location but not without its problems. It was certainly not the cheapest place we stayed in during our stay - particularly given the size and furnishings. Sorry not to be more positive and do stay there if you want to be in the town but with a view.
