Ocean View Condo W/ Wifi & Air Conditioning in Penamar

This unit is for a minimum of 90 days rental. Our Condo is an amazing three-bedroom property that affords a wonderful ocean view. The condo combines the modern comforts of your own home with a stylish and decorative interior. Living spaces are generous and inviting, and feature a range of modern and fully equipped amenities. Outside, a spacious balcony features an array of patio furniture and outstanding views of the ocean and the mountains. With 2 queen size beds and 2 twin size beds plus a futon, this condo can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Being single story and with elevator access, this condo is ideal for families with young children and for those guests with limited mobility. Infant crib and high chair are available too. Other amenities include high speed internet, 3 satellite TVs, air conditioning in all living spaces, dishwasher, washer/dryer, an electric grill on the balcony, and much more.

Located in Fajardo of northeastern Puerto Rico with 35 miles from the San Juan airport, Peña Mar Ocean Club has 24 hour security. The development has three pools, 1 children's pool, 1 tennis courts, one basketball court, one Jacuzzi, walking tracks, and an exercise room, playground and clubhouse. Our apartment has 2-car parking spaces.

Short walking or driving distance to Marina, Beaches, Golf courses, Gourmet and Puerto Rican dining, Hotel and Casinos, Bio Bay, Las Cabezas Natural Reserve, El Yunque Rainforest, and Groceries. Points of interests include the Bioluminescent Bay, lighthouse and museum, as well as scuba diving, snorkeling, boating, deep sea fishing, boat rentals, outlets shopping, horseback riding, hiking, birding, and swimming. Villa Marina has a wide range of sailboats and catamarans charters that are available to take you on daily trips to places for snorkeling or diving with full services for lunch, piña coladas, beer, music & snorkeling equipment. Nearby beaches are surrounded by tropical mangroves that attract birders. Daily ferry service to the islands of Vieques and Culebra.

The place was stocked amazing. Great stocked kitchen and extra supplies in the closets. The appliances were nice. The owner was amazing to respond. The place was nice but definitely older. We had issues with the sliding door coming off track andthe master bed has a hump in the middle so not overlycomfortable. . Overall an amazing wee and location.

Anniversary Vacation

Excellent condo. Spacious and clean for our family of 4. The pools were used just about every day. Great surrounding area. Basketball and tennis courts were just finished so we were able to enjoy those as well. The condo came equipped with everything needed for our stay. Will definitely be going back.

Property was safe and quiet. I enjoyed the swimming pools. The queen size bed was not comfortable, the mattress was very hard. The furniture in the living room needs to be updated. The seat cushions were worn out. Overall was a pleasant place to stay.

Very pretty view.

The dryer broke so we couldn’t dry our towels. The air conditioning in 1 room stopped working but we unplugged it for a whole day and it ended up working again. We stopped getting hot water for a day but fixed it by turning off and on the water heater in the electrical box. Good size rooms & bathrooms were decently clean.gated property so you felt safe . Pools were nice. The one with the slide was often dirty. You need to walk to get to all of the pools. You also need the keys to get into everything. Very secure but sucks that there is only 1 set when you have multiple people trying to do different things.

Amazing place to stay

First of all, place was outstanding, super clean, super comfy, have everything you need, towels, papers, cooking especies, cleanings stuffs, kitchen supplies, beach toys, beach towels, tables game. The place have access to everything around Fajardo area. Feel secure and confident walking around. Apartment owner provide you with tips and tricks to place to go, and what to avoid. Fully recommended. Me and my family, enjoyed our trip a lot.

Great stay

Our family had a great stay. Very comfortable, well stocked kitchen and beautiful view for an affordable price. The grounds are well kept and the three pool were great. This apartment is in a great location. It is a short drive to seven seas for snorkling, the marina for excursions, and the bio bay. About 1 hour drive from SJU airport and the rain forest. Highly recommend Toro Verde zip line, especially the monster and beast. The apartment has a nice sized covered balcony for morning coffee and reflection. There were towels, toys, games, books and boogie boards in the closet. We highly recommend this place for budget conscious families.

Just what you are looking for

In a tropical paradise. The condo is roomy and clean (we had a large family group), and the big balcony is a highlight. It’s due for some updates in the bathrooms. I don’t think you can beat it for a safe, lovely vacay in PR. Plenty of nearby restaurants and Seven Seas beach has a nice new parking lot and food service.

Impressive

The 3 bedroom condo is very spacious. Each bedroom had a TV, and AC. This was nice so friends could adjust their own AC temps. Condo had nice front loaders and even provided laundry soap. The balcony was spacious as well. We would set out there at night,with a cocktail and enjoyed the view of the ocean and mountains. I will rent this condo again.

Great place

The condo was perfect everything you could need was there, besides the food.The kids loved the pools. The different beaches were close by. You may want to have a rental car to get from place to place. Overall experience was great. Snorkeling was a five minute drive. But the rainforest was about 20-25 minutes.

Clean, spacious & lots of amenities

The condo is centrally located within a short drive to restaurants and beaches. It offers access to three pools, gym, beautiful mountain and ocean views. The condo is well equipped and tidy. This is definitely a place we would stay at again.

Will be returning!! Amazing time!

The property was beautiful and our host was attentive and responsive. The check in went smoothly as well as the check out. The pictures do not do the apartment justice! It is roomy, well-kept, spacious and cool! Rooms have ACs, the balcony has an incredible view and it was overall a wonderful time. The pools were also great! We enjoyed the slide! Will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!
