We fully commit to cleaning and sanitization protocols as recommended by CDC Standards.

-No smoking - when smoking occurs during your stay, a $350 cleaning will be charged to your card.

-No sand in home. Please use outside showers to rinse
-No noise after 12:00 PM - 6am
-Unauthorized guest will be charged $350 per person per stay. Please not that you may be asked to leave the property for this violation!!!
- Unauthorized Late checkouts will be charged $150 fee

Ocean Park proximity

Super responsive hosts who answered all my questions within a few minutes and helpfully pointed us to this apartment instead of the one I was initially looking at but was concerned over because of an issue with an elderly injured person in our party who could not go up stairs. We only stayed one short night before our very early morning flight, but it was a great place to relax and fit in a walk on Ocean Park beach on our last day! Appreciated having two bathrooms between six guests.

Great Stay

Overall was very pleased with the stay, the listing was accurate. The location was superb, went during construction time so was a little loud at times but just the wrong timing. The shower in the back had no hot water, but not a major issue. Everything else worked as it should. Was able to use the beach chairs and towels without an issue. Would definitely stay again!

PR Trip

This stay was amazing. Home was clean and well kept. No complaints at all. Beds were comfortable. Location of home was perfect. Restaurants were close beach was close. All within walking distance. Host and their staff was very nice and helpful, a little construction going on but it wasn’t bothersome. If I ever come back to Puerto Rico I hope to stay here again.

Close to restaurants and beaches, very nice place overall.

My experience and expectations were met to the fullest, close to beaches and not a far ride to old San Juan. Place was kept clean within a friendly neighborhood. Would recommend to stay there. Looking forward to staying there again.

Ideal Location - nice place to stay

My wife and I and her two sisters with their husbands stayed at this location. There were six of us - we each had our own bedroom and we shared the two bathrooms. We were close to Kasalta - a nice restaurant. The weather wasn’t cooperating during our stay - but we enjoyed the open living room. We watched some movies and played card games. The facilities were adequate but nice. The communication with the owners could have been crisper - but at the end of the day, it worked out fine. You’ll love the location and sleep well on the nice beds!

For the money, totally satisfactory

It's just not a 5-star place, so I gave it 4 stars. For the money, however, it's a very fair deal and the owner was great to communicate with, which is important. It's the little things that prevent it from being a 5-star location. For example, the water doesn't get hot in the showers -- luke ward at best -- and the water pressure (or the shower head) is just terrible in the back bathroom. Those types of things need to be addressed before anyone will give it 5 stars. But overall we were satisfied.

Good place for four adults in Ocean Park

This property had excellent space for four adults with three separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The open kitchen and living room area was spacious, comfortable, and well laid out. Hector, the owner, was responsive to our questions and readily accessible. The provided beach towels and beach chairs we a nice plus. Also, the AC in each room worked great. While we would have liked to give a five star rating, there were a few minor annoyances that detracted a little from our stay. (The ceiling fans were not adjustable, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink, and the refrigerator kept getting condensed water forming puddles on the shelves.). Hector is working hard to make his guests comfortable, so these may be addressed in the near future.
