Welcome to Costa Bella at Playa Azul!! This beautiful beachfront property has breathtaking ocean views. Luquillo is located on the north coast of eastern Puerto Rico. This property offers views of tropical waters and surrounding beaches. Located on the 12th floor watch beautiful sunsets over the horizon from your own private balcony. Walk to the beach with private access in less then 5 mins. Beach access is right out the back of the building. Just steps away from a true paradise ! with provided beach chairs, cooler, towels, beach toys, volleyball and basketball balls.
Minutes to restaurants and shopping!

Costa Bella is sure to give you a home away from home experience. Offering you two bedrooms with AC and ceiling fans, one bathroom with all the essentials, fully stocked kitchen, washer machine, dryer machine, dining and living room area and private oversized balcony. This spacious and well lit living area with smart TV, internet and Wi-Fi. We also provide various board games for your use as well. This is an ideal place to escape from the woes of the norm.

Guests will have access to the entire unit during their stay as well as our community Olympic sized swimming pool, basketball and volleyball courts, pool table and ping-pong table.

The property was beautiful and the house was quick in responding to my questions. This was my family’s first time visiting Puerto Rico and we am amazing time. The location was within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and stores. Each day we found new things to see and try. My family had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, clean, safe place to stay.

Me, my husband and 18 year old daughter and her friend visited for their spring break. Beautiful condo, the view is amazing. The complex itself needs work, but they are doing construction. Of course we experienced a couple power outages, but we got a really nice breeze going thru the whole condo. This condo is equipped with everything you need. We were alittle disappointed the hammock we seen in the pics wasnt there, and they really need to give more than one key it was alittle difficult if the girls wanted to go to the beach, and we didnt go with, we could t go down later because you couldnt lock the condo door. We did feel really safe around the resort, however a pool key seems unnecessary when everywhere else is locked. Overall beautiful condo with amzing view. Great location with grocery store and food near by.

We have a wonderful stay in Luquillo. The condo is exceptionally clean and the space was perfect for our family of four. We always felt safe with the security at the complex, and enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. We especially appreciate the cooler, beach chairs, and outdoor toys since we were unable to pack ones from home. We would stay here again!

Très bel appartement confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons adoré l'emplacement, le balcon avec la vue et le confort des lits.Un double de clé aurait été très pratique pour réaliser des déplacements multiples sans irriter le gardien de sécurité plutôt assumpathique

My family and I had a great time! Location was amazing—close to the water, not far from SJU, shopping for groceries/pharmacy. Building is old and doesn’t present as well as the other 2 buildings in the complex. The unit itself is very nice and comfortable. Elevator is slightly nerve wracking as they tell you no more than 4 people at a time. Overall the apartment itself was nice. Lots of extras—plenty of towels, beach gear, etc. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is incredibly convenient. There are so many restaurants to choose from within a few minutes of the apartment. Amigo supermarket is a couple of blocks away. But most importantly, the beach is RIGHT THERE! We loved the condo. It was perfect for our little family of 3. The washer/dryer were a nice perk for washing our beachware from our stay. The building itself is a little run down, so the apartment really felt like an oasis. We appreciated the security to enter the complex and also in the lobby. Everything felt very safe. I would gladly stay here again.

The property was perfect ! Even better than the pictures. Very well renovated, beautiful views, big balcony to relax and well furnished. We had power failure in and out for 3 days (no ones fault) and the owner replied to all my questions.. The only suggestion I have is maybe giving a second key for the condo, since we need keys for everything (get to the beach, the pool, etc). We will keep this condo if you come back to Porto Rico one day for sure !

Old San Juan is stunning and this property fits right in. The apartment is charming and the location is close to many attractions. We never did determine which lock box on the gate was to this apartment as we tried them all. Luckily, the gate was unlocked and the apartment door had its own punch code. The apartment could use a good cleaning, one of the front windows fixed to be useable, updated checkout instructions that match VRBO site and printouts in the apartment and new, unstained mattresses.

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable! Lobby security was very friendly. The location is convenient, as it is close to many restaurants, a grocery store and several beaches. We were disappointed that the pool closed at 7pm though. Overall it is a great place to stay!

First I have to start by saying how amazing Elisa was. I booked in July with hopes that our winter wouldn't be so terrible and interfere with the travel. She assured that if the trip had to be canceled due to weather that it would not be a problem at all. Then i was not sure if i would have to cancel because my father fell very ill and was put on hospice care so we decided we needed to take care of him at home and not a facility. This also made the trip plans unknown . Then my family was thinking of joining and Elisa shared other properties that she owns just a few minutes down the road in Fajardo in case they decided to join. She was just amazing throughout the entire process. The condo was SPOTLESS, comfortable, safe, beautiful, with breathtaking views in every direction. The staff of the condos were the warmest people that made you feel like family. Lastly, LOCATION was EVERYTHING! It's in such a centralized location everything is within 30 minutes or less (unless if you plan to go to a different part of the island obviously but we stayed within that range when exploring). We will 100% be booking our next trip with Elisa. Thanks again! The perfect way to celebrate my 41st birthday with my wife and our son.

Unit was nice, with direct beach access from the complex. Building itself could use a little TLC (windows in the hallway were missing), but the rental was a solid value. Everything worked and it was easy to navigate once we were settled. Parking was plentiful, staff was helpful and kind. Felt like the complex has a lot of short term rental units. It has a courtyard view with some beach and the commercial area nearby. (FYI, there is a cemetery behind the complex.) The unit and area felt safe, and there is quick access to a grocery store and two pharmacies nearby if you need things. Guest book in the unit was very helpful.

Our family stayed for a week in January. The condo had everything we needed and more. We appreciated the availability of beach chairs, basketball and pool toys, and other beach supplies. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pantry foods available in the kitchen. The location is only a short drive from several restaurants, El Yunque rainforest, and nearby Fajardo. We appreciated the 24/7 security of the building and parking areas. The property is right beside the beach with secured access to the complex through a locked gate. Lovely views all around of the mountains and ocean.

This property has everything! Everything was exactly as described. It honestly sounded too good to be true when I read it, so we approached with skepticism. Everything listed & described was exactly correct t! The views are absolutely breathtaking! Steps from the beach! Everyone associated with this property are wonderfully helpful! Thank you!! Had a great time at this little condo! Easy beach access and close to the Luquillo Beach kiosks. Easy car access to Fajardo and San Juan. Several restaurants, drugstore, and grocery within walking distance. The space is well-stocked and host is very responsive!

Costa Bella at Playa Azul towers was the perfect place for our family of 4. There was plenty of room to eat, rest and relax. Each room has a heat pump air conditioner - incredibly valuable to us northerners in the hot, humid climate! The condo was well-stocked and in a fantastic location, right on the beach (playa Azul) with a pool and facilities. Grocery store 1 street over and close to a variety of restaurants and bakeries. Communication was very smooth; Elisa was responsive, accommodating and helpful, even when our stay was threatened by a hurricane that thankfully passed PR by. The directions to the property were perfect and it felt very safe. Staff were on hand at the desk for questions and assistance. The condo is an end unit with a balcony that has views over the complex and out to the beach in one direction and over El Yunque in the other. There was occasional street noise from motorcycles and revving cars, but that couldn’t take away from this fantastic property. Only 20 minutes from Fajardo where we took a catamaran to Icacos, and about 50 minutes from Old San Juan. We loved it, and our teenage daughter is already insisting on coming back to this property. Highly recommend Costa Bella at Playa Azul!

El apartamento es hermoso, super limpio y con una vista hacia la costa super espectacular. La playa a pasos, la piscina, cancha d basketball, billar y muchas otras cosas mas disponibles Solo tienes q llegar con tu equipaje y lo demas lo tienes ahi. Mi proximo trip sera en en el mismo apartamento pero con una estadia d varios dias mas Gracias Elisa mi familia y yo quedamos satisfechos.Hasta la proxima!

Luquillo has served us well twice now. Love the location of the condo. Not to busy and plenty to keep you busy. Able to walk on the beach for hours. All you need is provided. Towels, cooking essentials and added touches of bathroom soaps for your hair and body. Hair dryer etc. Beach toys for kids and adults provided for a fun day in the sand or ocean. Would stay again.
