The Space:

Casa Estrella is a 5-bedroom villa in the gated El Encanto de La Laguna community sleeps up to 10 guests and puts you a 5-minute walk from pristine beaches. The real draw? An infinity pool and fire pit lounge where you can watch the sun melt into the Pacific every evening, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that erase the line between inside and out.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, give everyone space to spread out:

- Two master suites with king beds

- One room with twin double beds

- Two queen suites

There's also an extra powder room for guests.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The open-plan living area flows straight out to the pool deck through those glass doors — you'll find yourself leaving them open to let the ocean breeze through. The kitchen has everything you need if you're cooking, with a large dining table and a breakfast bar to suit however your group likes to eat. Smart TVs throughout keep everyone entertained when you're indoors.



Outdoor Amenities

The infinity pool is where you'll spend most of your time, with a built-in hot tub for soaking while the sky turns orange. The fire pit lounge has deep seating for the whole group, and the gas grill is ready when you want to cook outside. Shaded loungers and an outdoor dining area mean you can stay out here all day.

Getting Around:

The nearest international airport is Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), approximately 24 km | 15 miles away. Driving times to the Cabo San Lucas area vary based on traffic and time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. There’s parking in the driveway at the property. We also offer a private transportation option for an additional fee. Please let us know.



Other Things to Note:

We offer concierge and the following add-on services for a fee, just please provide advanced notice:

Villa pre-stocking, private transportation, activities and excursions, golf tee time, fishing boat/yacht rentals, babysitting services, beach attendant, butler, chef, bartender, and an in-house spa service.



Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation or upon arrival.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.



We kindly ask all of our guests to please abide by these HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

If you hire external providers, you are responsible for any damaged or missing items at the property.



Interaction with Guests:

Our concierge will meet you at the property to check you in, provide you with keys, show you around, and answer any questions you may have. We kindly ask that you let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance.
