Designed by a renowned audio engineer/record producer for a modern family, we have a vintage sound system, tube amp, and record player (super warm...audiophiles will know what we mean), and record collection. We are fully stocked with starter essentials, we run on Solar, Level 2 EV Charger, 2 private tandem parking spots, King Bed, massive master bath/spa, blazing fast wifi, super swanky heated seat bidet that opens when you walk in, and room-darkening shades, and outdoor fountain, and outdoor lounging/dining.

COMFORTABLE SPACE & BEDROOMS
- Master Bedroom: King Bed, walk-in closet, large 2-sink bathroom with jacuzzi tub and European shower, and AI Bidet with all the features, including seat warming, warm water, multiple sprays/jets, and it opens and closes automatically.
- Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and there`s a full sofa bed in the common area.

KITCHEN AND DINING
- Upscale Stainless Steel Appliances (Viking oven and stove range, Sub-Zero extended fridge/freezer, etc.) with essentials to get you started.

WORK & ENTERTAINMENT AMENITIES
- Blazing-fast Gigabit WiFi and three workspaces for remote productivity.
- Smart TV with streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Apple TV, etc.)

LISTING ACCESS
- You have access to the main house, front yard, front parking spot, and back yard. The sectioned-off back music studio is normally pretty quiet but is used by the owner and recording artists, so please be kind to your neighbors.

▪️ PET POLICY: We love welcoming well-behaved pets, and there’s a $100 fee per pet per stay for your furry friends. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. We’ve provided a vacuum, broom, and dustpan for any fur or spills—just be sure to unclog the vacuum if needed. If you bathe your pet in the shower, please collect and dispose of any hair so it doesn’t clog the drain. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet.
▪️ We`re in a very safe neighborhood, but keep in mind, we are not responsible for anything that happens on the street, so just use common sense, always lock your car doors and keep windows rolled up, and don`t leave items visible in your car. 📝 This is a home, not a hotel. We ask that you treat our place with care. If any issues arise, we will do our best to remedy them ASAP.
▪️ For Monthly Guests, we have a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages
