This two-bedroom vacation rental in San Clemente is beautifully decorated in a contemporary coastal style. You'll find that this delightfully modern San Clemente vacation rental has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation, including a private hot tub on the back deck!

You'll have two spacious living areas - one is a bonus game room featuring a flat screen TV perfect for movie nights or catching your favorite shows, as well as a shuffleboard table.

This Ola Vista vacation home is only half a mile from the popular beaches at T-Street and the San Clemente Pier. During your stay, be sure to visit the Casa Romantica cultural center, and explore the many fantastic restaurants just a block away on El Camino Real.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortable clean little house close to the beach and stores and restaurants. Walking distance

Everything was great. I just needed to clean the refrigerator when we arrived because of a terrible fish odor . It took about 30 minutes

San Clemente Beach

Spacious home that enabled us to spread out and enjoy family time. Easy walking access to the beach and shopping. Daily soaks in the hot tub brought such delight. Would’ve enjoyed having some condiments available to use in otherwise well stocked kitchen.

This is a Gem of a find in San Clemente . Walking distance to beach, Pier, local eats, shopping and groceries. Perfectly stocked kitchen(love that microwave btw) great linens, hot tub was clean as well as the home. Thanks for the great week.

A great place to gather with family.

We loved staying here with family. The property is exactly what you see in pictures. We enjoyed shuffle board and ping pong games. It was prefect for barbecuing and cooking. A very comfortable space. Definitely hope to stay here again.

Mother’s Day Getaway

It was a comfortable home with excellent proximity to the beach and downtown shopping area. My only complaint was that they provided only two kitchen drying towels and no dish rags, only a sponge to wipe counters, etc down with. With that being said, I would still highly recommend this property and the shuffle board provided great entertainment!

Great House & Location

House is very cute, spacious, and comfortable. Management company was responsive to any questions or needs. The best thing is the location - half a mile walk to San Clemente downtown area that has shops, restaurants, and bars, and beach was walking distance too. It was nice being able to park in the garage and just walk all over. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

This was an amazing property, as soon as we walked in, it didn’t disappoint us. It’s a perfect little location to the beach and restaurants. We had a family of 8 and we all fit comfortably in the home with enough room to hang out. Very clean and everything was stocked. The only thing was the driveway, it is very steep so be careful with your car. We definitely stay again.

Beautiful, Clean and Spacious

This home was so clean and spacious and all Modernized beautifully! Wonderful neighborhood and close to grocery and restaurants. Communication with management was prompt and efficient The games for the kids were fun and the hot tub was crystal clean. We loved our stay and would definitely come back and stay here again.

we loved this house. Nice to be able to park in the garage for us in our mid-70s. Everything was as advertised. Convenient and just up the street from the couple we were visiting. Would consider next time we visit the area.

Quiet and charming

We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was close to the beach and freeway. The hot tub was perfect for relaxation. The kitchen and living areas had ample seating. The kitchen was stocked enough to easily cook a meal. Wish we had stayed longer!

So much fun!

This property is in a very fun location. Easy to walk to the beach. The hot tub was perfect. Very clean, very spacious. The layout of the house is perfection. The only thing I would recommend is maybe some more cereal bowls and dish towels. Other than that, it was perfect. Would love to contact the homeowner and purchase this from them! Ha ha ha.

Such a charming home within walking distance to lots of activities in the downtown San Clemente area and the beach/pier. Very comfortable home, nice bathrooms, comfy beds, plenty of hangout spots both inside and out. Shuffleboard and a hot tub! The driveway is steep, but after a few tries, we figured out out how to have minimal scraping, lol. Will definitely keep this one on the short list when looking to rent in the area again. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service, incredible place!

This was one of my most favorite stays. Very open, welcoming, comfortable space. We had one issue with a door due to the rain, and the issue was handled in less than an hour. Loved it!

Family reunion

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was supposed to include a foosball table but it did not. The ping pong table was broken and we couldn’t park on the driveway because it was too steep. Thrashed the underside of the bumper on our rental car. I called management but they told me too bad and to find off site parking. Supposedly it was not allowed to park on the street but we did anyways. Long story short is if you have a somewhat low profile vehicle do not attempt to park on the driveway.

Nice location in San Clemente

Beautiful home but it needs- TLC & Maintenance. I have never submitted a critical review but I feel its important for the owners to take notice. We were charged for the hot tub cleaning & upon arrival it was dirty. Roll up blinds many of the strings were broken not allowing you to open. Master bdrm. door lock to the balcony was broken so I took some rope from my SUV & tied it up while we were out for the day. And then the toilet broke. Front porch chairs, several of the chairs are completely deteriorated & not functional to use. The landscaping & property fence were totally knocked over. The property mgr. was friendly & responsive but the owners need to do some work to charge that high of a rental.

Didn't disappoint

The property was more beautiful in person than the pictures online. We had a couple issues the first day we got there, but they resolved them the next day. We tried to call to get the issues resolved and was on hold for almost an hour. Got on their Facebook page and left a message and they called us right away. The house is on a busier street, but it wasn't noisy inside the house. Just a 5 min walk to the beach. A few things that need to be improved are the blinds. They are a little outdated and several were broken and didn't work. We opened windows to bring in some cooler air and also noticed windows were in need of being cleaned. The bed in the master bedroom definitely needs to be replaced. It felt like a water bed. When my husband would get out of bed my side would rise and vice versa. Very noisy when turning over in bed. That would be my biggest complaint of this place. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Property with a few management tweaks needed

This is a beautifully appointed home. Well designed with quality materials and good taste. We are mid-century modern lovers so we appreciated some of the Scandinavian furnishings. Very comfortable. The complaints we had are easily resolved. The dishwasher was dirty upon our arrival. Someone probably just forgot to run it. We've never made a reservation through Vacasa before, so I was having a hard time locating all of the info (address, codes, stay info) because I wasn't sure if it was found through Vacasa or VRBO. There were some communication things that should have been obvious but were not: How to use the garage, processes for leaving/checking out. We didn't get a text about things until the morning we checked out, we had an early flight so it was too late, we were on our way out. There was hot tub maintenance done during our stay...it would have been nice to have a heads up because our bedroom window was open and we were napping after a red-eye flight...it scared us! When we arrived the heat was OFF and it was unseasonably cold in CA. It was 54° in the house and it took hours to warm up. It was always felt drafty in the house, even if we set the thermostat high. Perhaps it could be left on low when a guest is arriving? There is not a bathroom in the master bedroom. There is one between the two bedrooms and one at the front of the house. It was not an issue for us, but it should be noted. All of our concerns are things that are fixable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if they were addressed.
