Please be advised that there is no full kitchen here in case you did not go through our photos. Our basement unit has a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. The exterior side of the duplex including the hot tub are shared if we have an upstairs guest. You can book the upstairs unit if you prefer to have a full kitchen.

Company owned Frat party upstairs, not an owner living upstairs

The first night was a frat party with beer pong, outbursts of laughter, singing, blasting music, and screaming upstairs until late in the night. Every message I sent to the company resulted in angry outbursts from our boys upstairs. Then for a few minutes there were relatively muffled party sounds, then a few mins later right back to it! This went on until 3 or so.The 2nd night was a more sedated but angry stompfest and throwing of ski boots and heavy objects at intervals with muffled laughter. This place was the most corporate vrbo I've ever experienced. Only 1 towel was left for 2 guests, no dishwasher. Buyers beware.
