The hotel was closed for business. Upon our arrival we were turned away and had to go around West Sacramento until we found a hotel with a room. They were all booked except one that had a $299.00 suite available.

Awful!

This hotel should not be open during all the construction…the only nice part was the lobby but the staff was either never there at the desk nor were they any help…everything was broken …and most of the rooms are under construction. There were so many safety hazards there they should not be open not even the ice machine worked

Not a great stay

Room was in no shape tp be rented out. They did say they were under renovations, and the outside was. But both rooms were actually pretty disgusting. The sheets and towels were clean and there was hot water.

Awful stay dont do it

Worst "hotel" ive ever stayed at. Room was falling apart, customer srrvice was non existant. For the price i paid i would have gotten better service at a red roof inn.

No Thank You!

The man at the front desk was wonderful but unfortunately that is where the good experience ended. I knew when I booked it that it was under renovation but what I found when I got there was just scary and gross. My room looked like someone was still staying there. There were earrings on the bed that looked like someone had just been laying on it. It was dirty and it felt unsafe to be there. I checked out immediately and went to the Holiday Inn Express across the street. This place should close during the renovations.

Do not!! Front desk wouldnt get off the phone with friends, mold in bath tub pubes on bathroom floor and to top it off we found a dead cockroach in the hallway!! Didnt even stay there and im working on a refund…

Un unacceptable

Although, I was informed by an automated email "after I made my reservation". That the hotel was under going renovations. The hotel room didn't look anything like the pictures on their website. The bathroom tub had mildew all around it and the faucet head was hanging on (see photo). Fortunately, one of my relatives stayed near by and I was able to go there and take a shower. The room had a smell to it, whereas I had to keep the ac on all night, just to get fresh air. I wouldn't recommend staying their at all. They need to shut the property down and renovate the entire property. I'm just glad I was only there for one night, otherwise, I would have checked out and gone to another hotel.

The front desk staff was very friendly, and they’re undergoing a renovation. But the place really needs a deep clean and some fix up work. Weird tiny pillows. Good enough for a night’s sleep I suppose.

What a Nightmare!

This hotel was a nightmare. They advertised shuttle service to the airport but didn't say it was only available from 8 am to 2 pm. This made things extremely difficult! The sink did not drain AT ALL. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall. It was very dirty and run-down. The smoke detector started chirping in the middle of the night. Terrible experience!

The room looked nothing like the pictures. There was moldy caulking in the shower, peeling paint in the room and on the balcony, no switch plate covers over electrical outlets, the remote was held together by scotch tape, there were holes in the wall, and there were lights that didn’t work/burnt out lightbulbs in the room, and in the hallway to the room. Not to mention the parking area has unmarked holes in the asphalt, trash was piling up at the door to enter the building, the ice machine didn’t work, the pool that my balcony overlooked was brown, and the whole place could have used some bleach. I understand you’re under construction, however if you’re going to collect money from patrons, you need to provide a sanitary and safe space, at a minimum. Completely unacceptable.

Very disappointed, had stayed here previously.

Hotel is being renovated. No one at front desk. Only one to take of checkin & take care of issues that came up.Tub wasn’t clean, wall were being repaired. No elevator to second floor.
