Discover this charming apartment located in the residential Briou Barneville district on the left bank of Rouen.
Ideally situated close to the Seine quays, the Saint-Sever shopping center, and public transportation, it is the perfect starting point to explore the city and its surroundings.

You will enjoy the spacious and bright living room, a welcoming space ideal for spending time with family or friends. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, stovetop, and all necessary utensils) to make meal preparation simple and convenient.

The living area extends to a private terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny days, hosting outdoor meals, or simply relaxing in a green and peaceful setting.

The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, a workspace, and ample storage. You can connect the TV to your personal apps using your own login details.

For your convenience, two private parking spaces are available, a rare advantage in this neighborhood.

Located near shops, schools, and public transport, this apartment is ideal for families, colleagues, students, or groups of friends, whether for a tourist stay or professional visit.

Bed linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
The property is managed by Home Rouen, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 21:00.

We kindly ask you to take care of the apartment and respect the neighbors’ tranquility. A security deposit will be requested via a secure link to finalize your booking and receive access codes.

The Briou Barneville district in Rouen, located on the left bank of the Seine, is close to the city center while remaining part of the city’s peripheral neighborhoods. It enjoys good connections to the wider metropolitan area.

Historically, Briou Barneville has developed over the years as Rouen expanded beyond its historic center. The neighborhood gradually urbanized with the construction of residential buildings and the arrival of new infrastructure.

In terms of amenities, Briou Barneville is well served by public transportation, making it easy to reach central Rouen. The district also offers schools, local shops, green spaces, and sports facilities, providing a pleasant living environment, particularly suitable for families.

Rouen Rive Droite station is the main rail access point, although this is on the right bank, it is easily accessible from the left bank via the metro or tram.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the ground floor.

Check-in is managed by the Home Rouen Keymaster from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

The property is managed by Home Rouen, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Guests will find bed and bath linens, essential toiletries for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper…), as well as a large towel per person, kitchen towels, and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit including kitchen and bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid is provided free of charge for the duration of your stay.

We strive to provide a pleasant experience; however, please note that we are not a hotel. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refresh, replenishment of essentials, or deliveries can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Upon confirming your stay, you will receive the Home Rouen tourist guide, our recommendations with discount codes from selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

Home Rouen also offers a variety of services to make your stay more enjoyable: baby equipment rental, luggage storage, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, guided tours, or event planning (proposals, birthdays, themed rooms…), and much more. For any special requests, please contact the concierge directly.

Enjoying a rental also means respecting some rules to ensure a smooth stay and avoid issues with the security deposit. Please take care of the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture, and leave the space clean upon departure. Follow the guidelines regarding schedules, equipment use, and neighborhood tranquility.
