9th Hole Paradise is a 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Townhome Located on Golf Course in West Bay Roatan.

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located at West Bay Golf Club & Villas in Roatan's coveted West Bay Beach area. This townhome has it all and is a short walk to West Bay Beach where you have easy access to world class fishing, diving, snorkeling, and a number of dining options at your fingertips!

This townhome sits at the top of a hill with amazing views of the ocean as well as the 9 hole par 3 golf course known as West Bay Golf Club. This beautiful golf course was designed by Dye Designs.

The townhome is perfect for four guests and includes two sleeper sofas in the living room so can accommodate four additional guests. (Base price is for four guests with a minimal additional cost per person per night over four.)

We are here to ensure that your stay is most enjoyable and are happy to assist you in planning activities, recommending restaurants, etc!

Electric meter to be read upon guest arrival and at check out and guest will be billed to reimburse electric at .40 cents per kilowatt.

The property is fenced and has 24/7 security.

I liked the villa it was pretty clean and had a lot of space but the thing that I didn’t really like is that we had to walk a bit far to the beach but it’s worth it.

No pool in community, property needs better maintenance. No laundry and had to pay extra for electricity very expensive cost. I will suggest to have upgraded TVs and HD signal.

It’s a beautiful property that makes you feel right at home. It has everything you need and a little extra. Beautiful surroundings, the golf areas are really nice also. But it has a security guard 24/7 and the beach is at a walking distance of a mile away. There is an extra charge for the use of energy which is proportional to your usage and It had a very responsive agent.

I stay in the villa a few times a year, they are very well located and the villa offers all the things that I want, which are privacy, location and easy access to West Bay.

Our property manager was available at any time to answer questions and we happened to be the only guests staying on the golf course so itvwas very quiet.

Amazing Place

The hpuse is just great. The site is very relaxing and away from the whole mess in West Bay Beach, but it is close enough to get there quick. The hostess was just great, friendly and very helpful. Highly recomended!

Stunning home

Gorgeous, newly built condo with tree lined views from all the patios. Sitting on the chaises on the upstairs balconies felt like living in a jungle treehouse. The decor is functional and tasteful. Every amenity is well thought out. The property manager, Gladys was attentive and extremely responsive to our requests if any assistance was needed. The condo location is close to West Bay or a 30 min beach trail walk to West End. A safe vehicle parking spot is provided if a rental car is reserved. There is abundant restaurants and shopping close.
