Modern 2-Bedroom Upper Cottage Flat with Private Entrance.

This newly decorated property features all-new furniture, appliances, beds, and mattresses, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Situated on a quiet residential street, the flat is just a few minutes walk from the town centre where you’ll find a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants.

Conveniently located, the property is only a 5 minute drive from Glasgow Airport, 5 minutes drive to Braehead shopping centre and Arena, 10 minutes drive to the Queen Elizabeth university hospital and 15 minutes drive to Glasgow city centre.

The space
Enjoy bright, spacious rooms equipped with smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Every detail has been carefully considered to make this apartment a true home away from home.

Living Room:
Relax on a three-seater and a two-seater couch while watching the 65-inch smart TV with Netflix and Disney+. There’s also a work desk that accommodates a laptop or computer for guests who need to work during their stay.

Kitchen:
The kitchen features all brand-new appliances, including a toaster, kettle, toastie maker, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. A dining table that seats four is also provided.

Bedroom 1:
This bedroom includes a double bed with a memory foam mattress and brushed cotton bedding. It also has a set of bunk beds suitable for children. A smart TV with built-in apps is available for your entertainment. Storage options include a small set of drawers and a walk-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2:
This bedroom offers two single beds with memory foam mattresses and brushed cotton bedding. It also includes a smart TV with built-in apps, a bedside table with two drawers, and a larger storage unit with four drawers.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has been newly fitted.

Other things to note:
My license is for a maximum of 4 people. Children under 10 years old aren't counted as part of the 4. The bunk beds are reserved for children only.

Situated near the River Clyde, about six miles west of Glasgow, Renfrew boasts a mix of historical landmarks and modern conveniences. One of the town’s key features is the Renfrew Town Hall, notable for its striking clock tower and its role as a hub for community events.

A couple of minutes walk from the property is Robertson Park which offers a picturesque setting for outdoor activities, with ample green space for families and visitors.
Renfrew benefits from excellent transportation links, including access to the M8 motorway and proximity to Glasgow Airport, facilitating easy travel and business connections.

The community is vibrant and welcoming, with a variety of local shops, cafes, and pubs that contribute to its lively atmosphere.

5 minutes drive away is Braehead Shopping Centre, which hosts a wide range of retail stores, from high-street fashion brands to specialty shops. In addition to shopping, Braehead features various dining options, including restaurants, cafes, and fast-food outlets, catering to diverse tastes.

Beyond the shopping centre, Braehead offers numerous recreational facilities. The area includes the intu Braehead Arena, which hosts a variety of events such as concerts, sports matches, and ice hockey.

Next door to braehead shopping centre is Xsite Braehead which is an extensive entertainment complex. It provides a wide range of activities suitable for all ages, making it a prominent attraction in the area. Key features of XSite Braehead include:

There is plenty of free on street parking available outside the property. It’s a short walk to the town centre of Renfrew which has bus services to Paisley, Braehead and Glasgow city centre. If you have a car then the M8 will get you into Glasgow in 10 minutes.
Glasgow airport is a 5 minute drive .
Loch lomond is 40 minutes.
Edinburgh within 1 hour.
Queen Elizabeth University Hospital is under 10 minutes drive away.
1 hour drive to Murrayfield Stadium
