This beautiful apartment is located in an apartment building, in a pictoresque coastal place Sveta Marina. The property consists of three apartments, each with a private balcony and sea view.



We guarantee you'll enjoy sunny mornings with the cup of coffe or juice on the balcony while gazing over the endless blue sea. If it becomes too warm, the balcony has an awning which can be pulled to protect yourself from the heat while still being able to enjoy the breathtaking view.



The interior consists of two bedrooms, living room with a sofa, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom.

It's suitable for up to 4 people.

Guests have access to the shared terrace with a charcoal BBQ and an outdoor dining area.

Pets are welcome with prior notice.



St. Marina is a small place in Labin area. It is a wonderful choice to spend the vacation if you're looking for beautiful nature and wonderful beaches, as it is located right on the east coast of Istrian penninsula.



The old Istrian town of Labin is located 7,5 km from the apartments. There you can see numerous exhibitions and museums dedicated to mining, for which this town was famous in the past.

A beautiful viewpoint in Labin offers a view of the sea, Rabac and the island of Cres.

We recommend taking a hike on Labin - Rabac trail which follows a small bubbling stream through the forrest. It is only 4 kilometers long, but it has multiple paths of various difficulty. One of those paths leads to a beautiful waterfall.
