Chalet "Modern Life". 3 apartments in the property. Above Ramsau, in the district of Bichl 3 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 1.9 km from the centre of Ramsau, on a slope. For shared use: property 550 m2. Terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna (extra). Fitness room, in winter, use of sauna is included, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Steep motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Bichl Wischberg" 88 m, railway station "Bichl Bahnhaltestelle" 1.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, mountain railway 2.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Sauna towels and bathrobes are not on site.

Balcony 20 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (3). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir waren als Familie das erste Mal im Zillertal. Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen und die Gastgeberin war freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Die Ferienwohnung an sich, war modern mit dem gewissen traditionellen Charme und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nix. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

Super schöne Ferien

Tolle Gastgeber, sehr familiär. Unterkunft sehr sehr sauber Wenn in der Küche was gefehlt hat, einfach Nachricht und schon war die gesuchte Sache da. Toller Ausblick, sehr schöne Zimmer, viel Liebe zum Holz, ein kleiner Blumengruß in jedem Zimmer und frisches Obst. Und eine Geburtstagsaufmerksamkeit. Danke, es war so schon bei euch.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist super sauber, gut geschnitten, schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber konnten nicht netter und bemühter sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit!
