The Green House - 3 bedrooms on friendly street

This home is situated on a friendly neighborhood street, walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, and parks. Features include three bedrooms, an updated and fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living and dining areas. There are two large decks, an upper and a lower with a private fenced in yard. The front porch has a porch swing and a fan where you can enjoy morning coffee. While you are here, enjoy a walk among beautiful homes in historic Oakwood and Mordecai neighborhoods.
No smoking (or vaping), no parties or gatherings, no pets and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules will be cause for the loss of the deposit. The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. We allow children with the following stipulations: -Guests are responsible for any and all necessary "baby proofing" -Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times PLEASE NOTE: There is a camera monitoring access in and out of the home at each entrance. It is only on the outside of the house, there are no cameras inside the house. There is a noise monitoring device inside the house, this detects noise levels only without recording or listening.
