Ideal for traveling professionals and groups seeking extended stay accommodations, this fully-stocked home is supplied with everything you’ll need. Set out your laptop at our dedicated private workspace and put our lightning-fast internet to the test. Just minutes from Wake Med and Duke-Raleigh Hospital, right near the heart of Downtown Raleigh, and close to Five Points, North Hills, and the Village District — complete with all the best shops and restaurants you could ask for — you’ll be right in the middle of all the action. The safe, private neighborhood affords a peaceful, family-friendly environment, while also providing a respite from the bustling city setting. Dive in for a swim at the community’s refreshing outdoor pool, or lay back and soak in the sun! We’d love to host you.


Guests enjoy access to the entire private, 4-bedroom home, as well as the outdoor community pool right within the neighborhood. Guests traveling with a vehicle can enjoy free parking just outside the home. There’s easily space for two pickup trucks or four smaller cars in the driveway.

We are committed to protecting our properties and our guests. We have partnered with “Know Your Guest,” the leading provider of vacation rental guest screening. Before your booking begins, you will be asked to verify your details through this platform. You will then be given the choice to pay a refundable deposit or buy a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you against any accidental damage that may occur during your stay.

We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.

HOUSE RULES
❶ No smoking or vaping inside the house. Smoking inside will result in a $300 fee, a claim for damages, and immediate removal from property.
❷ No parties or events of any kind- this includes “social gatherings” of any kind.
➌ No loud music
➍ Quiet hours begin at 10 PM
➎ Please, no shoes on carpeted areas
➏ Please close and lock all doors before leaving of the home
➐ Pets: Pets are allowed at the discretion of the host. Please inquire first. If allowed, there is a separate fee of $20/day that must be paid before the check-in date. Only one pet per reservation is allowed
➑ Unapproved Late Check-Out: Every 30 min after 11 AM will incur an additional $75 charge. This is a fee and does NOT award you possession of the property
➒ We understand that accidents happen. Please notify the Host immediately of any breaks, spills, or stains in the home.
➓ All problems, including inadequate cleaning and damage, must be reported in writing to within 24 hours of check-in for host/prior guests to be held responsible. Host reserves the right to enter premises at any time to effect necessary inspections, repairs, or maintenance. Any reported complaint, addressed to either the booking platform or the Hosts, about the property or cleanliness thereof, grants the host/agent authorization to access the property to remediate the situation. Barring the host from entry in order to fix or solve a reported problem is a violation of house rules.
⓫ Locals MUST contact the host before booking. No third party bookings of any kind. Only the person that has booked is allowed to check in.
⓬ RESERVATION: You must have a working phone number to book a stay at this property. The full name and contact information is required for all adults staying at this property. Guests not included on reservation are not permitted in the home without approval. Additional charge of $50/night/guest or temporary visitor not included on reservation.
⓭ AMENITIES -Third party amenities, such as hydro, gas, and internet, and including Roku, Netflix, and other streaming devices, are beyond our control. If you must have 100% reliable internet during your stay, we suggest that you bring your personal wifi hotspot with you as a backup. In the event of service interruption beyond our control including, but not limited to device failure, you agree that you are not entitled to, nor will you seek compensation of any kind, including partial or complete refunds for any such interruption.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. Use of property/community amenities, including but not limited to the pool, spa, BBQ grills, and gym (if applicable) is at your own risk.
⓮ We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
⓯ There will be a minimum handling fee of $100, plus the cost of shipping and packaging for anything you request being returned. Requests must be made within 48-hours of departure; after which period, items may be donated at the sole discretion of the host.
Mail service not supported. All packages will be rejected. We suggest guests that require mail delivery set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS Store or USPS.
⓰ Disabling, obstructing, or tampering in any way with any of the safety or security devices, will result in a $250 fee for each occurrence and cancellation of the remainder of your reservation with no refund.
⓱ Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
⓲ Leaving the home excessively dirty -- $100
⓳ Lost house key, fob, or parking pass (if applicable) will result in a $250 replacement fee
⓴ Violations of the house rules will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund of remaining nights. Early guest removal due to adherence to house rules -- $250
