HOA Golf and Clubhouse Access Information:
* If your arrival is on a weekend you will be unable to access the resort clubhouse amenities until the HOA is open again on Monday between 1-4 pm to obtain your membership card and access information at the clubhouse.
- Mail cannot be sent to this property
- 30-night minimum stay required per HOA
- 24/7 Guard-gated community
- Guests will receive the membership transfer form in an email before arrival.
- Membership includes access to the resort clubhouse amenities with an additional cost for a membership card paid upon arrival at the HOA.
- Clubhouse and Golf membership transfer cost is covered by the owner, and is required for access to the clubhouse and amenities.
- Membership covers two adults in the same household address only. Children under 21 with the same address are included.
- Guests not in the same household may accompany the member when using the clubhouse.
- Additional Fees payable to HOA at clubhouse upon arrival for stay- $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for a permanent car barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access. Prices are subject to change and must be confirmed with the clubhouse.
NOTICE: The office is closed Saturdays and Sundays. Amenity cards can be picked up Monday through Friday from 1 pm - 4 pm.

Member Golf Rates:
18 Holes - Prices will vary depending on the season, from $50 to $120 per guest. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice; this is something that is arranged between the guest and the clubhouse.
9 Holes - Prices will vary depending on the season, from $35 to $65 per guest. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice; this is something that is arranged between the guest and the clubhouse.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS:
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
